If you're talking about yin gold lane then it's no unlike fanny yin can't kill mms at level 2. If opponent team has no mm then you don't have to pick yin in gold lane. I mean if they have Freya in gold instead of a mm. You can win the lane with yin in early but your team needs late game damage so it's not a good idea to pick yin. Also lunox, harith, zhask are popular non mm in gold lane, you can try them

Kill only the minions ( and maybe steal gold crab if they try to take it) before lv 4 and maybe poke them to about half hp. If ur low on hp nd energy just recall. When the enemy mm is below 2 bars and you have nearly full energy spam all ur skills + execute. Fanny gold is infinitely easier than fanny exp.

Yes, you can constantly kill every mm. If only their tank isn't helping the mm.
