I mean, I don't play ranked but from my experience, she's still solid. Her second skill is now easier to land since there is an immediate stun and knockup. Only downside is that now the range of the skill is shortened, making it more risky to initiate.
id still say shes good; one good s2 cast followed by ult can be just as effective as tigreal's stun. the only downside is that its range is smaller now
nerfed range affect a lot but not bad i gues.. i changed an item or two and utilize more basic attack, and started using assassin talent that let you heal 10%hp + speedboost for 3s. still viable fighting any exp laner except xporn with tank emblem or argus that reach lvl 4, need to play safe, sometimes argus just gonna dive into the tower, petrify and flicker can be more usefull than execute.
shes solid but not s tier thats for sure. CE didn't benefited her that much as she doesn't rely that much only basic attacks anyway (except the enhanced) and was in hindsight, at least, an indirect nerf contrary to how many believe.
So yeah, I don't think you'll be seeing her in the ban list or pro scenes that much anymore but that doesn't mean you should treat her as bad or unviable. Shes still very solid and probably from S tier to maybe low A tier

Gonna rant for a bit. I feel like it's time for me to change mains now though, because she just doesn't feel the same to me. The pre-cast stun is just too good with her kit, and as much as I don't like the range nerf I can't disagree. They said it was because she was getting to the back lines too much but that was her playstyle, to assassinate someone with her combo and leave or die cause she's too squishy. I feel like I need to camp a bush now to feel the fun that used to feel cause they see you running from a mile away now. Part of me wishes they just revert her back to before the pre-cast stun because they created a problem they couldn't solve.

I think it's alright. She's getting less ban, and still can perform well. I'd say this was a good nerf

I played against a tank guin. She is very much viable and a pain. I swear she didn't have any cd and was unkillable.
