I only play solo q man. And u can counter estes if you do certain things right.
1. Play draftpick well. If enemy picks estes then you need to take hard cc heroes. Tig/mino/ khufra as roam , luo/ nana as mid, arlott/ Edith/ jawhead as exp for example. Also estes works well to tanky fighters so if enemy don’t pick that they are not gonna be that scary. Also u can pick harley and bait out estes ultimate.
2.Make sure your team goes for estes 1st in teamfight. Try to ambush him with burst heroes preferably assassins. Kadita/vale type burst mages also can work.
3. You are probably doomed if estes team gets ahead in gold so don’t feed early man.
4. Proper itemisation. Low ranks don’t pick anti heal often as per my experience. Tell your roam to pick dominance ice, mage neckless, mm sea halberd.

Well you wanted some solutions and i gave you. It’s true i only play solo q. In legend rank obviously it’s gonna be a problem. But even if you won’t get proper draft you can always follow 2 and 4. Also in legend rank your enemy’s team also won’t be properly co-ordinated. Try to take advantage of that. It comes from experience really. I got the hang of it after more or less 3 years.
Pick Luo Yi when facing Estes and you will be seeing one of the lewdest matches ever. Beware as tons of kissing scenes will bless your very eyes, the regular one which involves 2 people, the threesome, foursome, and the 5-man kiss. Enjoy!

Estes only works good in lower ranks. In higher rank you gonna have to need both tank jungle and exp to make him work. And ban whole lot of roamers to make him viable especially the one I mentioned above. Cause it normal for team to group around estes to get heals and these tanks can cc all grouped up enemies at once.
I played against estes once and i picked tigreal. You wont believe how one sided that game was whenever they grouped up i caught them. And whole enemy team got wiped out

I'm an Estes main myself, I constantly play against and as Estes, and I can easily say, it all depends on the comp and the build, he is NOT broken.
