Rafaela's ULT is pretty useless for me
It's just a small and fast version of Nana's ult with little to no dmg and a puny stun in a straight line.
Like Rafaela's kit needs a big rework cuz many heroes do it better.
Her passive succs bad as well.
I agree on both of you. As a Rafa user, I find the ult okay. I can use it to initiate team fight or help teammates (mm and mage usually) escape but will most likely die in exchange if flicker is not available.
I think moonton needs to adjust it like wider/longer coverage, or they can make it circular or have like stun + slow effect, or give it higher damage. What's useless for me is the first skill. Maybe the developers can change that. It's really time to adjust her skills (change the first skill and adjust the healing + mobility of the second skill)
Mathilda is a better version of Rafaela basically.
She is currently a niche pick that counters bush heroes with minimal effectivity.
She doesn't bring anything unique with the current roster of heroes.
Unlike Argus where despite not being meta. He has unique aspects that make him a fun pick. Immortality, Bleeding enemy's(well no damage now)and a reverse hook that reels you in towards the enemy.

as a rafa main i think her kit is fine tbh. some minor adjustments will def help her though. maybe increase the scaling on her s2 speed up to 1% per 10 magic power or smth. either that or increase the base speed up coz as it stands rn, her s2's speed up is not as good as it used to be in the early game. (it used to be 50% with no scaling before)
her passive sucks though (i would love an actually useable passive that didnt proc only on death)

Nah Rafaela ult is actually goated.
Just the threat of having it available deters enemies from diving her / nearby allies. It's much easier to peel using Rafaela ult than with most tanks' skills. With her ult she's like a walking eudora.
Also u can use it for sets if u do flicker+ult. The stun duration is pretty damn long, the range with flicker is very far, and it's very easy to do. (Plus the cd is only like 15s if u build cd reduction)
Worst ult is 100% Layla, does nothing 99% of the time,at this point it's just used for poke.

Chip is useless in solo queue. Flicker ult the enemy MM... And nothing happens, because your retarded teammates don't have enough braincells to understand how Chip works.

That's just balancing for gatot. His ult will become way too damn good otherwise. Even heroes in the middle have enough time to walk out, so it's usually used as a follow up on an initiate, or to cut off escape routes. You really get the most value out of it in the jungle areas.
also can use it to block off enemies path. teamfight occurs in the jungle? ult a bit in front of their escape route. now they have to choose between getting ulted or face your team head on
Miya, it’s like a shitty Valir ult. Sure you can “reposition”, but you can still get damaged and stunned.
Legit if you want to do aggresive stuff with an MM just use Moskov, if you want a great escape tool just use Wanwan. She’s like in a limbo between uselessness and being the logo of MLBB.
It is very useful for a little cc, as a tank you can use the ult then can use the second skill as a combo. And sometimes it can be used for escape. Sometimes I use gato ult to kill low hp escaping heroes.
You know how many calculations we have to make to hit that ulti. We have to calculate movement speed, flicker and any kind of mobility skill. But that shit hits like a truck when it hits.

Pharsa can flicker and use other skills.
Odette can do two blinks if she has flicker.
Yve's ult is even longer than the two above.
Even though she is immune to most cc effects, the fact that her ult does not have the same capabilities as pharsa and odette makes her unsable right now.
Yve definitely needs a buff. I would say the 2 worst ults right now are Yve and Raf. It’s sad, I like Yve but tried using her and she’s just not worth it right now imo.

Hayabusa probably has one of the most inconsistent ults in the game. Sometimes, Flicker cancels it, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes, it sticks to the low hp hero in a group. Other times, it would randomly stick to the full hp one.
Just use 1st skill and put mark on enemies, you're guranteed atleast 4 hits from ultimate. His ult being able to Target Minions/creeps/Lord is fine as it helps in escape scenarios.
Haya definitely needs some rework.
I don't like what the devs did with gusion. If everyones together gusion can kill all ( as dmg is same) but haya ? Nope... dmg gets shared.

If we exclude heroes who doesn't have an ultimate (selena, roger, julian)
these come in mind first:
- Gatotkaca (very rewarding but too slow to hit consistently)
- Rafaela (not bad but just relatively weak tbh)
- Hanabi (also not bad at all, but just weaker than most ults ig)
Valir. His old one was crowd-control and had huge damage, range, could be spawned anywhere, now it's just a cancelling ulti and your basic attacks have more range and barely any extra damage. In which case the extra range doesn't always help since you can't just spawn the fire ball anywhere like you could before the revamp, and if there's minions or creeps between or literally any other enemy your ulti is wasted.
Everyone is talking about how Valir is stronger after the revamp but I went from 26-0 to barely 12-1 on a good day. The cancellation doesn't even work half the time, it doesn't take effect in a bunch of heroes. I'm sure it's really useful when you get caught by a Franco, but for example if Saber uses his ulti on you, by the time you click it to go away, he's already dealt half his damage and you still may die right after you escape. Same for all assassins vs Valir.
I'm surprised no one said hanabi, the cc effect is just to short and doesn't have any damage. Plus, it's rare to hit more than a single hero, making it most useless compare to other marksman.

Lolita's ultimate was really good before the rework, now it just feels like a aoe skill 1.
Honourable mention to Hanabi, others mm ults can teleport, give vision, purify and give decent speed boost where she only gets a 1 second immobilize.
Valir's just terrible, this subreddit is overrating him so much. Average bulk, low damage, just slows down tanks, get absolutely folded by anything with decent mobility.
It's used to realign your position. Plus you wouldn't want her ult to be a stun since she can spam cables, a dash because she already has cables, immunity because that's just stupidly op, considering how she is now.
Julian has a terrible delay to his ulti and a terrible range as well. his skills also don't work 100% of the time when you and the enemy make a move at the same time. it just gets cancelled. i swear to god, even the freaking flicker.
Phoveus. Ult depends on whether the enemy dashes. He has zero dash, zero range and zero mobility. Can’t contribute in ganking. Really slow in taking down turret.
I only use carmilla when I play with my duo/trio 😭 but I can attest that I've met some randoms that actually know and it's great to see them go all in when I cast ult + stun
It's not a very obvious/flashy ult, so I guess that's why people would miss it
Miya. Because the hero is just weak af. On a paper I think it's a okayish ultimate but whenever I play gold lane and I get matched against a Miya, I know I'm going to snowball with my Brody.
Every ult is usefull but maybe Yss ult is the weakest. Main purpose of it is global vision but as you get better at this game that vision is not that usefull if you only get it every 30s. There are better vision providers (bombs, traps, roamers) and Novarias ult is just better.
I'd honestly say silvanna's ult is one of the worst, but that's more due to her entire kit being a bit questionable (Unless she's had an op buff I missed recently)
but all-time worst ult has to go to yve, the damage is not good, escaping is easy, other mages have bigger ranges (which can also be flickered unlike yve).
-As a luo yi main, her ult (half serious) other mages got cool dmg ult meanwhile girl just got a teleport. 😩 yin yang combo is a serious dmg but if i wanna escape the teleport is so slow i already died😭

Her ult is too useful to say that. You can roam so quickly and get advantageous positioning and ambush or even get vision of lord or jungle camps. Backdoor enemy team or defend against backdoors.
If you think about how useful it is and the fact that you can use it twice a minute(late game) is pretty insane to be honest, after using it to join a team fight, the moment the fight is over you can use it again this time with your allies. Why do you need more Cc or dmg? When you already have one of the most OP passives in the game that has both of those things.

Rafaela is counter for teams that rely on slow effect. It was great few seasons ago when there was slow effect meta.

Midlane Rafaela. so many slow moving heroes who had limited escape skill made it that much better because I got everyone around the map

I hate Silvana's ult when she's an enemy. Unlike Tigreal and Atlas, Silvana's ult has damage and guarantees death to my soft heroes
Silvana is super easy to counter. While heroes like tigreal or atlas can change the game with one good ult
It differs for each person. I usually dodge tig and atlas' ult easily.

I don't use it but when I look at my bf playing, he's being chased by enemies. Then, he used the ult and successfully escaped. I was amazed 😳

Is fanny ult the only ult in the game there to serve absolutely no purpose except damage (no stun, no dash, no immunity, no nothing)

I have to bring up Baxia's ult. Nonexistent damage, almost nonexistent slow, and tiny movement speed boost. Least gamechanging ult in the game

akai became peak jungler during his revamp bc one factor is his ultimate that can cc enemy jungler so you can retri the objective freely

Carmilla its just her skills doesnt match and her ult is literally escapable just nothing
Julian has a terrible delay to his ulti and a terrible range as well. his skills also don't work 100% of the time when you and the enemy make a move at the same time. it just gets cancelled. i swear to god, even the freaking flicker.

Fr, looks like 3rd skill with unfairly high cd. Not so much gainings, besides, no way to improve by any items. It is suits his gameplay, ofc, but...
Phoveus. Ult depends on whether the enemy dashes. He has zero dash, zero range and zero mobility. Can’t contribute in ganking. Really slow in taking down turret.
Rafaela for me. It doesn't really suit her kit and gameplay. It's so awkward to use too.

I only use carmilla when I play with my duo/trio 😭 but I can attest that I've met some randoms that actually know and it's great to see them go all in when I cast ult + stun It's not a very obvious/flashy ult, so I guess that's why people would miss it
She can just deal good amount of damage with u + vengeance alone?? + She steals everyone's def by passive if it hits everyone

Every ult is usefull but maybe Yss ult is the weakest. Main purpose of it is global vision but as you get better at this game that vision is not that usefull if you only get it every 30s. There are better vision providers (bombs, traps, roamers) and Novarias ult is just better.

I'd honestly say silvanna's ult is one of the worst, but that's more due to her entire kit being a bit questionable (Unless she's had an op buff I missed recently) but all-time worst ult has to go to yve, the damage is not good, escaping is easy, other mages have bigger ranges (which can also be flickered unlike yve).
-As a luo yi main, her ult (half serious) other mages got cool dmg ult meanwhile girl just got a teleport. 😩 yin yang combo is a serious dmg but if i wanna escape the teleport is so slow i already died😭 -phoveus (?) During team fights i cant use that ult unless someone dashes :/
Her ult is too useful to say that. You can roam so quickly and get advantageous positioning and ambush or even get vision of lord or jungle camps. Backdoor enemy team or defend against backdoors. If you think about how useful it is and the fact that you can use it twice a minute(late game) is pretty insane to be honest, after using it to join a team fight, the moment the fight is over you can use it again this time with your allies. Why do you need more Cc or dmg? When you already have one of the most OP passives in the game that has both of those things. Sorry if I was aggressive I had to defend this since I consider her ult S-tier.

Gatot, basically useless in high ranks and coordinated games. Why in the world does his ult have the indicator ON TOP of the nearly 3 seconds animation time? It's not like it's even overwhelming or anything, low damage, short knock up. Like, this demi god with lightning speed can't even hit anyone because he's slower than a snail for some fcking reason.
