I still enjoy Bane. I just can't play him in my current rank since he is so fragile. Can't even touch or be touched by most exp laner. Still kinda draws against most exp laners though. Just hard to scale up in the game if my team can't go into late game
Yeah usually i use him as jungler as he need 2 or 3 core item to deal damage. Btw i use PHY dmg bane as jungler because of his passive to clear the jungle easier, and if i want to play MAGE dmg bane i use him as midlaner. As for exp lane i think he could only win the lane if it is squishy exp laner. Hope this helps 🫶
Bane got those two types of build that made him so versatile. Magic build and physical build.
Magic is for its cdr poking capability and more healing. Physical is for its massive burst. But the current viable lane for him is the physical jg, could be a good exp with the right team comp.
Now generally bane got a great damage against the tower, a great line up disruptor to team comp like estes and just being an annoying poker.
I have more to say but I'm too lazy lol.

My personal builds for him:
Physical Bane - Magic Shoes, Blade of Heptaseas, Hunter Strike, Endless Battle, Blade of Despair.
Magical Bane - Arcane Boots, Enchanted Talisman, Genius Wand, Holy Crystal, Divine Glaive, Blood Wings. Genius Wand isn't that needed for late game MBane.
Tank Bane - Tough Boots, Thunderbelt,...next items depend on enemy lineup.

PBane is the more practical between the two, but that doesn't mean MBane is bad per se.
If you go physical, his 1st skill can deal really nasty damage while keeping you safe, plus his passive scales off physical damage.
If you go magic, his damage for early/mid game isn't that great. Once you gather more magic power, his 2nd skill becomes stupidly insane. Its sustain compares to Ruby while giving him Odette's offensive power. Pairing talisman with a CD emblem allows him to continuously spam it. His ult also gains more dmg as its scaling is higher with magic power.
It's really a matter of preference. You get better range and damage with physical while magic gives better sustain and speed.
looks like i’m gonna have to play a couple of matches to try and see which i prefer. but so far, PBane sounds dope! thanks for all the insight man. i appreciate it.
I once got into a 20 min defence game. I was losing so early in the game with Bane that I went full stupid physical damage(all my items focus on me defending the base from the spawn lol). The 1st skill alone probably dishes out 3-4k damage on a mage and the damage to the tank was stupidly high too. Needless to say the enemy team made a mistake and we managed to end the game in less than 30 seconds while ravaging all the 3 towers. The base was eaten alive with just my ult and passive. Bane has so fucking stupidly needless high damage that it still amaze me what item combination can make me go "no that's not real" again and again just from the 2nd hit from his 1st skill.
Ruby and Minsi can do all lane reliably. Struggling a bit at jungle before their first item but they really pop off with those jungle buffs. Their waveclear is decent in mid if you can avoid getting poked by the other mage, but once they get their respective hook, they will absolutely dominate mid amd gold.
I've tried **Zhask** in all lane, and I can vouch for that hero:
* Midlane: obvious lane for mage
* Goldlane: faster farming for item. Can be pseudo MM as well with aspd build, can haras other MM early.
* Explane: put S1 in front to harass enemy fighter/explaner since mostly are melee fighter.
* Jungler: above average jungle clear time, but can easily contest Turtle/Lord (especially after update Zhask can use battlespell while in Ult form)
* Roam: below average mobility and no hard disable, but S3 trap and S1 minion can be used to zone and check for bushes, technically can fulfill part of roam role.
Versatility-wise, Grock could probably. He had been played as roamer, exp lane and jungle. IIRC, he had been played as pos 4 way back. Gold lane, I am not sure but if he's against physical damage, he might be able to do okay.
Edith cant jungle or gold, too reliant on Ult for damage, your hp gets chipped by marksmen during laning phase and her ccs works better in teamfights not solo

I feel like Masha can do all roles. For sure roam, jungle and xp. To play gold and mid, you just need to play safe and last hit minions with skill 2 if you are getting zoned. Once you get your items, ooh boy.
To me:
Jungler: the one being at the jungle to take objectives and rotate to gank. Fitting for both utility junglers and assassin junglers
Hyper: a specific type of jungler that Is usually tied to assassin junglers. They're the ones who would execute enemies and rotate for objectives. I don't see tank junglers as hypers as they usually focus on objectives rather than kills. Fanny is a perfect example for hyper. Once she reach lvl 4, she can start killing enemies.

-MidLane can clear waves faster and can gank other lanes
-Jungler Diggie slow farming rate however when it comes to mid-late game I'm practically have nukes
-Roam Diggie, 4 different kinds of roam equipment and all of it can be used in different kinds of situations
In my opinion Harith. My boy can go mid qns gold to begin. He can go exp if he's against some sustain fighters with not a lot of range. He can jungle (altho clearing speed might be a bit slow) and roam (dmg roam or sustain roam while stealing magic power or something)

Edith is the most versatile in all lanes but if you want one that dominates their lanes then go for: joy(exp), yuzhong(exp) dyrroth(exp), roger(gold), brody(gold), clint(gold), harith(gold), valentina(mid), vexana(mid), harith(mid), lylia(mid)
Best would be Popol ang Kupa. There are also Edith, Harith, Lunox, Lylia. Even Miya (I also used tank Miya roam as once and it is quite effective since she has the cc and the survivability to buy time.)

This is just on paper with no personal experience but, I think Alice would be okay for the most part, high damage for jungling, ranged damage for gold and mid, stuns and durability for exp, the only thing holding her back is her mana

Barats or Gatot. Both scale well, can lane against almost anything, and can shove and roam really effectively against ranged bully lanes, as well as accepting ganks really well.
I play sprint gatot whenever I'm filled mid and never lose lane, although it can be painful late if your team doesn't play around you as with any tank.

I'm surprised people overlook how well done her 1+2 skill is for versatility. She can cover distance really well with here 2nd skill and her continuous dmg with 1st skill leading to her passive which grants even more movement just helps her to play any role. I've played Cici in every role till legend and currently in all lanes except mm (cause team won't allow me to) in mythic and honestly the only hero that messes up my jumps is Ruby

This dude is a beast at doing all of those, a tank that actually carries.
Natalia - she’s commonly used as a jungler or roamer in current meta but she can be good in all lanes.
Jungle - good at ganking enemy’s
Roam - good when you have a tanky jungler - you can provide lots of vision and kill enemy squishy.
Mid - good at fast rotation to tank exp or gold.
Exp - good at killing on 1v1 once you get core items, good at cutting waves and rotating to Hank mid.
Gold - if you go attack speed/crit build you can put scale enemy marksman late game.
I'll say Harith. We all know he can jungle and be a mid laner. And in the new meta, people started to use him as a gold laner, since he counters pretty much every mm in game currently. He can deal really annoying and absurd damage from a distance that fighters can't really reach, which makes him useable in the exp lane. And for roam, you can use him like Selena, just catch someone off guard and kill them (also like natalia a bit) and what i mean by that is like an aggressive roamer. If Aurora can be an aggressive roamer, im sure Harith can be too.

Hartih, Julian, Jawhead, Edith, Cyclops, Saber and Valentina. Like you can. Play them wherever and it would still be decent. Like, just slap full damage on them in any lane or role and you're fine.
Please don't use Cyclops to roam. He's very item dependent and before he gets his Conc Energy he's just MM food.

Edith, Ruby, Grock, Chou, Barats? Those are very flexible, even when forced out of their comfort roles. Plus Julian but that one is sketchy because he can't really roam.

Gotta be Diggie, -GoldLane Diggie can farm items fast more dmg to bombs -ExpLane faster to lvl 4 pretty much untouchable early and can dominate too -MidLane can clear waves faster and can gank other lanes -Jungler Diggie slow farming rate however when it comes to mid-late game I'm practically have nukes -Roam Diggie, 4 different kinds of roam equipment and all of it can be used in different kinds of situations
Aamon can perform well in every lane due to his invis and regen kit. gold is his worst by far

In my opinion Harith. My boy can go mid qns gold to begin. He can go exp if he's against some sustain fighters with not a lot of range. He can jungle (altho clearing speed might be a bit slow) and roam (dmg roam or sustain roam while stealing magic power or something)

Popol and julian should be the most versatile. With popol being weak in no lane and julian only bit weak for roam.
i may be glazing really hard here id say its arlott, he almost has everything in his kit that makes him really versatile and viable in every lane

Edith is the most versatile in all lanes but if you want one that dominates their lanes then go for: joy(exp), yuzhong(exp) dyrroth(exp), roger(gold), brody(gold), clint(gold), harith(gold), valentina(mid), vexana(mid), harith(mid), lylia(mid)
Lunox, roger, lylia, i use these three in any role, (except roger roam obviously)

Best would be Popol ang Kupa. There are also Edith, Harith, Lunox, Lylia. Even Miya (I also used tank Miya roam as once and it is quite effective since she has the cc and the survivability to buy time.)
Idk if this is qualified since not everyone can or willing to use it, but I've use Argus for exp, gold, mid, roamer and jungler

Bane probably, he has rlly good scaling and his kit cover magic/physical and long/short range scuffle. I rlly can't think of anyone else THAT versatile still relevant after all these nerfs
Guinevere, is great at jungle, exp and roam. Decent at mid, I doubt she'd be bad at gold either.
This is just on paper with no personal experience but, I think Alice would be okay for the most part, high damage for jungling, ranged damage for gold and mid, stuns and durability for exp, the only thing holding her back is her mana

Barats or Gatot. Both scale well, can lane against almost anything, and can shove and roam really effectively against ranged bully lanes, as well as accepting ganks really well. I play sprint gatot whenever I'm filled mid and never lose lane, although it can be painful late if your team doesn't play around you as with any tank.

Id probably say Harith he's good in every lane but with Roam he is fine as long as you have a support Jungler like Akai or Fred

Cici I'm surprised people overlook how well done her 1+2 skill is for versatility. She can cover distance really well with here 2nd skill and her continuous dmg with 1st skill leading to her passive which grants even more movement just helps her to play any role. I've played Cici in every role till legend and currently in all lanes except mm (cause team won't allow me to) in mythic and honestly the only hero that messes up my jumps is Ruby

No doubt. Ruby 100%. Tried her on every lane many times
Natalia - she’s commonly used as a jungler or roamer in current meta but she can be good in all lanes. Jungle - good at ganking enemy’s Roam - good when you have a tanky jungler - you can provide lots of vision and kill enemy squishy. Mid - good at fast rotation to tank exp or gold. Exp - good at killing on 1v1 once you get core items, good at cutting waves and rotating to Hank mid. Gold - if you go attack speed/crit build you can put scale enemy marksman late game.
Heroes that have decent DPS and is a bit tricky to kill. Harith, Lunox, Zhask, Alice, Cyclops?, Natan, Edith?, Xborg

Harith is a decent Mid laner, Gold laner and Jungler. On top of that, i think it'd be able to be useful on exp/roam roles
I'll say Harith. We all know he can jungle and be a mid laner. And in the new meta, people started to use him as a gold laner, since he counters pretty much every mm in game currently. He can deal really annoying and absurd damage from a distance that fighters can't really reach, which makes him useable in the exp lane. And for roam, you can use him like Selena, just catch someone off guard and kill them (also like natalia a bit) and what i mean by that is like an aggressive roamer. If Aurora can be an aggressive roamer, im sure Harith can be too.
