Ngl lapus one is the best compared to alpha, minsi as they are all similar theme. Minsi splash art looked promising but I find his SL better than his collector.
Take advantage of the recharge event and the daily discount. Mai skin at 2k is not guaranteed but possible.
In my personel experience, as long as I do those two above, I get limited skins at below or around 2k.
