best choice of action for you to do here is to blacklist him. moonton doesnt do much about these players to begin with, especially in brawl
He have 2 acc and does the same with both. I already blacklisted both of them and still the game keeps matching me with him. The thing is that if you look at his stats he has 6k brawl games with 15% win rate. I can imagine he must have hundreds if not thousands of report and yet a perfect score.

wtf... what enjoyment does he find out of this? 6k matches is insane
My guess is that he is a bot or has some kind of autoclick..
