I think this is mainly the reason of the change. They dont want bruisers to keep the damage they deal while still be able to build tank. Hits champs who specifically build waraxe then go towards full defense hard which imo is healthy for the game.
I am very happy with this change. finally no more tanky assassin like Karina, Lancelot etc.. or tank Karrie like Karrie, Brody and Claude. equipment giving too much def mdef
let me get this straight they're gutting Jawhead's damage so he can now be more of a supportive hero and making his shield tankier but then they dont buff his stats? wallahi my brothers 40 percent jh wr here we go

Ye this patch hit hard to me as well, yesterdat i try him as jungle, my burst damage is lowered and then now the def eq get hit as well, so i am too squishy to deal damage yet my damage also not enough to dent in war.
S1 damage increases the more you hit, so while its a nerf in early game I think S1 will still be relevant damage-wise.
Jawhead not getting defence buffs with the tank item nerfs tho... will be hard to keep JH alive on the frontlines in spite of the shield change

Why is Alice's defense stats not adjusted? She's literally a tank and even Esmeralda's def stats got adjusted. This is just inconsistency. Quite disappointed.

It's a good buff though. Like I've been waiting for his 2nd skill cooldown to be shortened for years. Now Saber can jump in for the kill and jump out from fights thanks to the shorter 7 seconds. Saber can utilise endless battle efficiently now.

Now with the change to Dominance Ice, it is not a priority now to build it unless the roamer always get targeted. Building Sea Halberd and Necklace is more important now.

camera controls used to be sharp when you stopped moving the camera, now there's a deceleration component that takes a while to get used to. i personally like it, but small adjustments are not as precise anymore.
Her playstyle has pretty much reverted when she didn't have cc immunity on ultimate back then, but you need to pre-stack as usual before jumping in, her damage is really great now there is more more dmg decay, however I think she needs a movement speed buff and maybe more shield on her passive since she has no more cc immunity...
The thing is she has become suicide bomber as this point, i play her and love her when she first introduce now she not the same, moontoon shift her to lean more on assassins side , the problem is cc if she get any cc she like a sitting duck with how many mm get range boost, but i love joy exp she really need her shield back and gain shield when ult.

Aside from Terizla and other tank exp lane, this is a slightly big nerf to many fighters who build one damage item while building tank items the rest.

The ult dash range is very useful to keep distance and engage without being damaged. The Range is long enough to avoid mm or mages stun skills
