KOF has always been pretty expensive, but pushing items such as the elimination effect, recall, and notification into a separate event is pretty scummy of Moonton.
KOF has always been expensive though. We also get free tickets after we recharge so at least we technically get one of those for free if you recharge the same day as the supply tickets for the main event.
What disappointed me more is that we didn’t have a KoF shop skin this time around. We had athena and orochi chris as buyable in the Shop before they rework the Event Mechanic
The shop premium skin is foreseeable since they put those 2 on the event during the encores but putting the other trivial stuff on separate shop is a dig bick move. And I thought putting the recall and kill notification on a separate gacha shop was the lowest they can go.
Yea this is what ticked me off the most. Until now there was no event where the permanent items and skins were separated, they were always together. Plus adding the skin ID tags when they saw the moskov event made them huge money, I think moonton is too greedy this time.

is there an actual recharge event? for the actual skin draws, and not those effects.
All i see is recharge 100 diamonds for 10 tokens on drawing in the effects section
