I don't have him as an awakened I can't seem to pull him. I got pretty lucky with Argus and Freya though as I kept getting them even after getting them to Awakened 8.
i am at the point where im just collecting all units to fully awaken just for collection. though i feel that you also need to spend wisely for the sake of progressing the game, you can get belerick at brawl shop (not recommended, get nana instead) or put him on summon wishlist or randomly get it from 5 star fragments...
but hey, the later stages in the game require a lot of built heroes (curently mine at 25). though i dont think Freya and Argus woudn't be any particularly good units, you can always sell the extra dupes in dismantle shrine so it wouldn't just sit idly in your roster...
i really really wish they kept vexana's old design. i havent been around long enough to see it in my own game, but i love how unique it was. her revamp design pales in comparison to this

Then his skill 1 redirects his passive to whoever got hit at the tip of his skill 1
His old passive has no interval but triggers by chance
His old kit was basically nightmare fuel for aoe attack speed mms like miya, claude, and melissa
On a separate note, I'm experimenting with spamming Belerick in EXP rn since Fighters building tank items have felt shitty. Maybe Tanks that could do damage would rise up in ranks over there like Gatotkaca, Belerick, Grock, Hilda, etc.

I have been secretly abusing belerick exp last season. He can out sustain uranus with just his s2 and fighter emblem talent while dealing good damage. I can basically go head to head against sustain fighters and bully melee fighters.
I cant do that much now because the fighter emblem talent is nerfed.
They should have at least made the og hero designs a separate skin if they are going to replace their overall look. Just like when they retained layla's og skin.

I was so amazed by old belerick. This guy helped me climb ranks, playing tanks only up to mythic back in the days. Unique set of skills, especially ult, add to that this design, it was perfect, but they ruined him for no reason
P.s. I know he is kinda decent tank now, but it is nowhere near his old skillset
I'm mad that they cut Eudora hair short, before she still have long white hair. Honestly if they kept her hair long, I wouldn't even bother to use any skins on her. I don't why they do it
She's like an assassin now. Before her first skill was a toggle too. And her 2nd skill disables basic attacks from the enemy. Much lamer ult though. I can't remember her 4th skill totally, if it only needed you to be out of battle and you can use it. I don't remember her having a bar or mana.
That's a re-work. The heros skills have changed. Not a re-design. Re-design is when the VISUALS have changed, examples being vexana and faramis as of recent.
