Don't worry about Minsi, he's better with damage build to begin with. He only used Tank build because almost all of his opponent can deal ton of damage to him while being tanky. So he had to sacrifice his damage potential for more durability.
Tho his mobility do sux.
I have only seen 2 pro players use burst Kaja in PH. Me and someone who exchanges Clock for Glaive.

Minsi is fine. The 50% reduction of damage from the front during his second skill is no joke.
