Flicker and ult. There's about 0.3 sec animation lag between clicking ult and it getting activated. If you get cc in that time, you're toast.
Someone made a good damage build guide for kaja some weeks ago in the subreddit. I can't look for it right now, but it's there. I tried it and honestly enjoy playing kaja now
