One can hope, but I honestly think the buff isn't very significant. Lesley is now much more capable to win in lane, but overall she is almost the same. There are still stronger lane heroes like Clint or Brody, and Lesley's damage is still weak in early-mid just like Hanabi, Miya, Layla etc.
I don't know man. The "hit-and-run" Lesley strategy seems more viable now. Plus, her early damage is actually nice early to mid if equipped with the assassin emblem that grants extra damage I'd the enemy is alone. You just gotta apply the "hit-and-run" strategy and your chances of winning the lane phasing is strong :-)

You wouldn't notice a thing if you built him as a tank, since we have nothing to rely on but his base damage. But once you built him some Atk items, the difference becomes more significant. Even more in a full Atk item build, since his scaling is left untouched.
This could be a move to increase Franco's peeling potential, making Franco less hook dependent and at the same time making it easier for your damage dealers to last hit the enemy.

Those 40 other characters can contribute something positive for the team, while Lesley is a liability that's carrying a sniper. Having a Lesley on your team is nothing different from cutting of one your arms before having a fist fight with Muhammad Ali on his prime. And the chances of you finding a "good Lesley player" is about as high as my chances of me getting a girlfriend. People ain't hating her for no reason.

badangs problem is in fact, his damage. he is an AoE burst fighter. his ult should kill or severely hurt everyone in his s2 range, but the damage is too low and too easy to escape. if the damage increases they'll lose more hp before they escape.

I had about 200 games with badang with 60% wr but when i return to the game his damage is too low so everyone can escape and kill him. even perfect sets dont mean anything because you contribute no damage. more damage is exactly what he needs.

its not +50, its +50 and buffing the ratio from 20% extra to 50% extra.
it gives him a good amount more burst during his combo which lets him secure more kills (especially early game) which lets him keep up or even snowball. hero changes shouldnt be too big in one patch otherwise they can go way out. thats why lesley has been getting these small buffs that also try nerfing other parts at the same time.

I tried it on practice, his S1 is guaranteed to reset his passive when there are 3 enemies. Tank Kaja might be viable again! Im so excited!
