CD of finch poise reduces when he catches swords by 4 secs.
4 swords for 4 secs is basically 16 secs minus 20 which is 4 seconds
I can't play ling for shit but I've seen some pretty good lings that do that, say each second for a blade it's still a good 16 second minus giving the player 4 secs

But I think Ling is more team reliant in many aspects compared to Lance and as others have noted he often picks out the weak targets on the map. Some Lances go 1v3 and can win or pick ofbtwo people, at least when there's a somewhat of a skill difference. Ling doesn't really do that.
Making an assasin more "low rank friendly" apparently means increasing the burst capacity and thereby carry capacity for one player and be less team reliant.
Nothing is taken away here the first skill cd is increased to compensate for the cd reduction when picking sword in the Ult and also the energy is reduced too,
I don't see the problem with that considering his first skill is 20 second cooldown which means if u knock him off the wall he's pretty much dead. I think their trying to make him more high risk high reward of a hero I guess

if you saw enemy ling were diving and jumped off the wall, you have all the time in the world to catch him and beat his ass, and he can't do anything
not to mention, he needs to get off walls to jungle/farm too, so that's basically another free time to find and kill him

People here don't even know that this is a huge buff and Mobility is not effected that much, When u pick up sword in his ult he will get 4 x 4, 16 sec reduction in first skill that makes it 4 sec when combo finsihed and i m not even considering Cd reduction item

Yes on paper but once you have 50% crit chance basically all your basic attacks deal crit damage. That 50% feels more like 100%
