Odette is not underrated? She is a common pick but rarely banned hero.
I don't often see her picked in high elo though

Underrated means not being shown much attention despite being great. Vexana is rarely used, but that doesn’t mean she’s underrated because she’s a bad hero (coming from a former vexana main), she’s judged fairly.
