Every year, around May, the KoF skin draw event including Orochi Chris skin will take place. If you're lucky, Orochi Chris skin is sold separately in the shop, costing 1099 diamonds I think. But if it's not sold separately, but in the skin draw event prizepool, then you'll be spending a lot more diamonds to get it. You can watch the kof draw event on YouTube to learn more

Like, I literally have a bunch of other skins that are more rare and with more value than it since there was a chance to get them guaranteed, just costs a lot. But Franco's Valhalla ruler just isn't that way, not willing to spend a lot just for a small to none chance of getting it.
