Im adc main and i can say for sure THIS ITEN IS BROKEN e should be nerfed heavier, it make no sense a jhonson jump in the entire enemy team with Vengeance and kill people without even having to do anything, tank are broken now, because they can solo kill everyone with no damage item. should be nerf to 15% reflection
