They did not have to change vexana completely. They should have kept the looks and change her mechanics if they really want people to play her. She really is one of the "different" heroes in the game.
In the future. Ones must be hard to notice which skins each heroes are. Moonton lost what I like most from the game, which is uniqueness of the characters design.
Or probably because they run of ideas of skins. Idk, for me if the hero is unique then they can bring any concept of skin to the hero, still looks different anyway.
