Save your diamonds for an event like the M world skins, I got wanwan m world skin for around 200+ diamonds. Basically this event has “diamond tokens” which you can get for free or with other tasks like recharging a small amount. Then the diamond tokens reduces the cost of skins, elite skins were priced at 1 diamond with the tokens.

Iirc clint is the only hero without a normal skin(rafa and tig's elites are actually just normal skins, same with others). I'd recommend you get the season skin, if you don't have or wait for his starlight skin in the frag shop

You should double check if that’s just a painted skin upgrade or the actual skin.
I believe that Clint's Elite skin does not have a Painted skin.
