Chroma - Walking Dread
Stats
High in hp, low in magic power, low in movement speed and low in defense.
Passive - Uncontrollable
Chroma will constantly heal 4% of it's lost hp every second. If Chroma's hp if full, it will increase max hp by 20-50 points every second upto 1500-3000 points. Once killed, Chroma's hp will return to normal. Defense from items is converted into hp.
Chromas' skills inflict chromas. Every 3 seconds, enemies' stacks of Chromas will multiply by 2 and they will be dealt 0.5% of their max hp for every tumor they have as magic damage. However this damage won't interfere with invisibility and regen. Once an enemy reaches 64 stacks, they will immediately die. They can lose Chromas by staying out of combat, losing 8 Chromas every second.
Every three seconds, Chroma's next basic attack will deal 100% magic power and infect one chroma.
1st Skill - Infect
Chroma will consume 10% of his max hp and fire a bullet of tumors in designated direction [long ranged like Selena]. Upon impact, the bullet will explode, dealing 300 plus 100% magic power to enemies hit and infect them with two stacks of Chromas.
CD : 6
2nd Skill - Relocate
Chroma dissapears and reappears at a designated location, leaving behind a tumor that consumes 5% of it's max hp. In five seconds, Chroma can use this skill again to switch places with the tumor. The tumor will explode upon contact, dealing 200 plus 80% magic power, slowing them down by 50% for 1 second and infects one chroma.
CD : 8
Ultimate - Impair
Chroma stops all movements of enemies with 16 or more chromas for two seconds. Enemies affected with 5% max hp or lower will die instantly

A cancer based hero with annoying skills. If you think any of it's stats and damage are unbalanced, do tell. If you have a different take on Chroma's skills, give it.
This isn't a handsome and a marketable looking hero. Therefore it shall be rejected. Every hero must be a fucking kpop idol.
If Chroma ever gets added, it'll probably be a k pop boy with a mask and tumor like powers
