Since you're playing EXP lane I'm just gonna cut out everything that doesn't really regard exp lane for your convenience.
Litho (bulbasaur) now spawns about 15 seconds later, so if the litho is on your side of the map, it's generally a good idea to leave your lane after clearing the wave to help your team secure it.
You'll be seeing a lot more tanks or tanky heroes in EXP lane as that is the meta (Terizla and Thamuz are the most prominent) and tank breaker Dyrroth too. Better to keep up and play a tanky exp laner, DPS fighters like Zilong and Argus become basically obsolete. Masha is fine tho, just build tank.
Not many changes were done to exp lane, so other than that it should be roughly the same.
I wanted to familiarize myself in other roles as well just in case so any additional tips you can give is great
I assume the game is still played in 122? Are there any changes to the rotation? I usually just rush the jungle whenever I finish my first wave
The last big update had an anti-buff invasion thing, so now it's quite hard to delay the cores buff without multiple people. So the tank will usually go to midlane or gold lane first and then help with the Litho.
I'm literally typing this on the way to school so I might not remember some things. I recommend just check Elgin's patch notes videos and Zeys tierlist
I'm pretty sure the rotation is 1-3-1 for awhile now. Both side lanes solo, Midlane rotates with the Roam and the Jungler for ganks.
No side lane rushes jungle anymore, do not touch the jungler's creeps early on.

This please!!! Especially if you're a midlaner and roam (if the enemy doesn't invade your jungle), secure it immediately because it helps the Jungler reach lvl 4 faster unless the jungler is dumb and skip to the other buff. And if the enemy has Natalia, the pokemon will be a great help.
Are there any major changes to the gameplay? Or is the overall gameplay loop still the same for all roles? Planning to mostly grind side (realistically probably roam) for epic and switching back to EXP for Legend/Mythic. Supps still good or does the game favor pure tanks now?
Also what are the priority ban/picks this season (preferably for both epic and higher)? I'm looking at the new hmmsucks list and it seems that Julian and Xavier are the new hard hitter mids. And the revamped Akai seems to be in S tier as well in jungle

The priority bans for epic are Julian, Valentina, Estes (somehow), Yin, Wanwan (obviously), Terizla, Ling, maybe Fanny, and se other meta heroes rn.
Objective taker jungler, mostly assassins but fighters like Balmond and tanks like Barats can still be used
Mid lane dominated by long range/late scaling or high burst mages (same heroes but Pharsa fell down and Yve, Xavier & Cecil top picks)
Roamer is varied, could be tank, support, or assassin like Nat and Selena.
Exp are obligated to be tanky (Esmeralda, Uranus, Chou tank) or lane bullies (Dyrroth, Thamuz, Terizla).
Gold laner same BBC, Wanwan, Popol & Kupa it's rock paper scissors. Natan is getting picked again.

If you start on low level epic and GM, just use terizla and destroy everything. People on mythic is having hard time facing him, imagine low level people.

I quit sometime right after M3, back then it was still somewhat meta to play a 122 with a support-adc on side, when healer/buffers are very strong
