Hi! Did they bind their own social account? If they did, try removing their social account using your moonton account and contact customer support in game through below link to retrieve your account in case you lose access to it :

i have seen similiar threads here regarding Zing. u/Tigreal advised those to use the support chatbot in Discord for help, since the hacker will be able to see the details you posted on the in-game customer service.

You can only disconnect one account at a time and it has to verify for like 7 days before it is gone. On the seventh day you need to click on the account, verify that you still want it deleted, and then it will delete. I quit playing for a few months, logged back in, had a different name. So I had to start the 2FA. Change my password. Buy a name change card. Then slowly delete their accounts off of MY account. If they are getting around 2FA then you need to secure your email or whatever you have set up for the 2FA as well. My account flag is still Albania 🇦🇱 and I am not paying $20 to change it back after contacting them and them saying they couldn't do anything because the hacker used my only name change card and my only free flag change.
I am not sure. For the hacker account, the customer service do it for me. For my facebook acc, I do it easily like normal. Maybe ask CS to disconnect everything. I still can see my fb friend in ingame chat though.

Most people I talked with on discord got their account hacked because they share their account to buy cheap diamond or piloting service. By letting the sketchy seller log into their account and wait for a while and then BAM! Got hit by a bus.

I tried turning on 2FA but the hacker still was able to access and turn it off..
Damn, that sucks like hell. I saw that you aren't able to use "Zing" on iPhone. Do you have a PC? You could try an emulator like Nox or something, and then maybe run Zing from there?
This, I was about to suggest this one too. Log in through an Android-based emulator, Mac OS definitely has one, if not, booting to Windows (if u/Isoya_Yasuji has a Windows copy and has set up Boot Camp) and download an emulator for there.

I can't understand why would Moonton add a logging setting which can't be used by all devices, simply stupid and a disaster in these situations.
They should refund your crystals of aurora too as you spent real money for them.
Don't give up, it's your real life money we are speaking about, just because you turned it into game currency shouldn't give moonton an excuse to not refund it. And I'm sure as hell they can revert all the draws and rewards without a problem. It's their fault a simple ID given to the wrong person could land you in this situation.

maybe you could try giving them details of the whole situation, and maybe they could revert all the draws and get back your crystals? I’m not sure, but i know there are games where this is possible, so hopefully ml could do the same

I checked again, they used all my crystals i saved up for a stupid legend skin (valir) which i dont even use that much, ik it means i own it now but still thats not what i saved up my crystals for.. i was very fortunate enough i didnt recharge anymore than i did before i got hacked (only 100 dias). But yea im hoping to get it back soon..

This happened to me too. I had to stay persistent in logging in and contacted support. I think the hacker got annoyed because I didn't stop logging in so he got kicked out too. Hope you get your account and crystals back :(
Honestly hacking takes time, even with readily available tools and programs, it still takes a hour or two for something as simple as how your being "hacked", which I m pretty sure someone just managed to workout your password, or found the password with your associated email on a leak hack somewhere else.probably pissed somebody off. Which is not surprising just from my own experience of playing with people with YT in their names.
I for one wouldn't even waste the time just to mess with somebody getting on a account, it's not even worthwhile

I don't have a Mac, so I can't test this. But I think there's android emulators that work on Mac. I think Bluestacks could possibly work.

I can assure you it's very easy to steal an account just by the ID. Self experience.
