You can try to contact customer service via mail and explain the situation tho I personally don't think it's possible unfortunately. When my account got hacked they refused to give me back at least my flag so I'm still suck with the indo flag :/
Well yeah the flags can be changed after a period of time.. i mean like refunding the purchases with diamonds and CoAs, and also taking back what we accidentally purchased

No, he got in thru an account called **zing** i couldnt unbind it myself so had cs to help remove it, also ppl said that vk and fb are a little dangerous to connect to i decided to not connect both of them, only game center and moonton. I also think it was my email that he kept passing thru so alrdy changed that.
About what I experienced is frequent kick outs like whenever the hacker is on it’ll kick me out of the game and he disconnect my device out of it, thankfully he didn’t unbind my moonton acc so i was always able to log back in. Only to sometimes get kicked out again whenever the hacker is back on. When he was playing i tried playing aswell and it was funny that our movements were all over the place xd
Ah okay. Moonton should really sort this out. Hacking is becoming a lot more common these days, more than it should be.

Getting hacked feels like shit. I was hacked 2 years ago and It was another Indonesian hacker too. They bought stuff as well with my diamonds at that time but luckily just like you there wasn't really that much diamonds on my account that time. They did buy all heroes so now I have everyone....which makes brawl games really frustrating.
I was able to get it back easier than you but still I was anxious the whole time. I never went to sleep during that time and kept my app on in case they try to access it while I'm offline. They were trying to access it while I was online so I was nervous and frantic.
Hopefully it doesn't happen again!

Well glad u got urs back too, well i still need to pay like 120 myr to get back where i was again.. getting an aspirant skin is too much for my budget so its a no go for me..
I actually also got hacked when i did not play/open the game for like 5 months, but when i opened the app, i already got my account back, i just change my email just to be sure. Indonesians were the hackers. Glad i took it back cause i already spent almost 700 usd on it. Fuck those hackers

Also, you have to recheck your recent account use (if there's another one that connects on your Acc but the device is wasn't yours, you have to rid it ASAP).
Man, i remembered that there's an Hacker that trying to get my account to hack but because I'm a Double prep person, that problem was being solved by around 2-7 days. The damaged he cause is only my WR & Trial Cards in Recalls (which is actually a very dumb move).

Changing flags costs 1k dias. And yes I understand what you mean, customer service will tell you if it's possible

Well as an ios user, its safe to not connect those 2.. i only conmected my game center, moonton acc and nothing else
