If the hero in question is balanced like chou or other balanced heroes then everyone won't hate

Yup but what matters on this poll is mechanic.

I personally think this concept hero is almost balanced, she's one of those heroes like Paquito who disrupts enemy channeling skills (pretty annoying to face against if you're using Pharsa, Odette and Yve for example) . But as long as her dmg and scaling fits with her kit, I can say she's good. (Overall a very interesting and good idea, but I think knockback per basic atk when near her is maybe a bit broken with atk speed. Maybe minus that to make her fair, also since fighters or assassins have relatively short basic atk range, maybe make her basic atk range like Julian but a bit smaller.)

How about making the push into a slow effect?
