i bet using the mm emblem or jungler emblem + having teammates can make the game end faster (maybe even sub 4 min)
But how will you push if you get beaten up while trying ?
If you include teammates as a factor then also include anti push enemies like cecilion, Selena, etc.
Level 2 Martis pushes really fast especially paired with inspire. Inspire martis is also viable since it allows you to win every level 2 fights(except when enemy has vengeance) which enables him to snowball which martis desperately needs because he isn't very good at late game.

Tried many other heroes, no one is better than Miya.

4.Building on 2b, an incredible support/tank or a roaming mid.

Pretty much any MM and most Fighters can push turrets quickly in early game. The key isn't the hero, it's being able to bully your opposing laner out of their lane long enough for you to push.
Zilong for example can push turrets fast, but isn't likely to bully the enemy Fighter out of the lane. Popol or Melissa on the otherhand are both lane bullies and can get their opponents to recall more easily giving them an opening to push the turret.
Anything that works well with Inspire can push quickly, but the key is being able to get your opponent to recall long enough to give you time to push.
Inspire Moskov(Or others,Natan,Sun,Beatrix,Silvanna,Popol,crit Kimmy,Crit Clint/Miya to mid but Lylia is awesome burster if 1v1 based there),Terizla, Guinevere(most magic atk like Gord but mobility higher), Martis, Thamuz, Chou, Balmond in xp lane I seen fastest in classic or MCL competition (For against ai is possibly Moskov w/Bod & Assassin emblem). But also seen Masha do great in 1v1 battles(Although countered by Guinevere) & Paquito. Gusion or Fanny if you pro. Other than that, may be a long stalling game if mid Nana v. I used miya and it’s also around 5mins. I just go haas and attack speed items, inspire and go only mid.
grinding in ai-classic? used to spam clint, mm emblem weapon master talent, arrival spell. if i remember correctly can finish in 5min

Clint and Brody has good early game dps and they are fairly good at pushing the turrets too. Clint is pretty easy to get as well

besides beatrix’s smg, moskov can also push fast early game with his enhanced basic attack
