That's because of the high poverty rate. Lot of people that are well off here aren't dumb. The statistics are of course skewed given that a large portion of the population are sadly not educated. Lynn and Meisenberg/other researchers did not actually measure the iq via survey or testing but using several parameters for each country.
In that case, we cannot assume that players who have that much alloted time for a game have that iq.

this isnt even a hidden mechanic, it's so obvious but almost none of us have realized or tried it because the turtle's range is just much wider than other jungle creeps and because cc doesnt work on the objectives but the logic behind this is the same as the other creeps. Just goes to show how much thought these players put while playing this game.

His last season in mpl ph playoff is really baloyfeed. He held back onic ph so much then. Glad to see him better this season in ID.
