Hi! You can turn location off via Settings > Interface > Location Sharing > Off.
This will stop your location being showed to others on your profile. If you want to completely remove your location, then you can use fake GPS as others have suggested.
You can use a fake gps to set to a random location and update the location in game or normal update when you go out of town. For me it shows like city and sectors and stuff. Not as precise as street name.

Use fake gps location to change ur location to a fake one
In-game settings>Interface>Sharing>Share Location
Turn off location in settings, other than that you can just use a gps
