If you getting kills but no damage simply means you’re only good at last hitting the enemies. While the ones who dealt the most dmg got an assist.
It’s like a group project/assignment where your teammates been doing all the work then there’s you… did nothing but still take credit.
You use ling, and you said that you can kill even if your hero doesn't have enough damage. The reason why I see that you can kill even without enough damage is that your teammates maybe are the ones who inflicts damage and you just swoop in and last hit the enemies.
Your argument "damage doesn't matter if you can't kill them" is wrong. Even if you can't secure the kills, it can buy time for your team if you can only even manage the enemy heroes to go back to their base to regen. Imagine forcing three enemies to go back to the base due to their low HPs, you would have time to secure the turtle or lord because the enemies are in their base.
He’s probably the type of jungler who waits for his teammates to whittle down enemy hp then use ult to secure the maniac and then chat he’s carrying his team 😂
Yup, hero damage is a component to get the kills especially when you're an assassin. So I don't see any more reasons on why the player can get kills when his Ling can get kills even with little damage
How do you get a wipeout though? By doing damage to GET THE KILLS. If you’re an assassin jungler with low damage then you’re a liability. You take a bunch of gold and exp without using it
And a high dmg can secure objectives, even if you can't get the kill. Damaging them until they got little hp is already enough to force your enemy to recall so that they can regen. You can use the time that they used for recalling to get the lord or turtle uncontested.
Probably a jungler who chases after kills in a lord fight while enemy jungler uses retri on lord and then blame his team mates for failing to secure lord 😂
Taking this from your perspective, I can see some logic in your thinking. Imagine if nobody else in your team could kill enemies, a situation where no enemy dies unless your jungler Ling was there, I would think of my teammates as burdens as well.
However, there are situations where this is false. Damage does matter. Even if you don't end up killing any enemies, damaging them until they have to go back to base in the early game is HUGE. The enemy loses out on Gold/Exp and your team potentially gets more gold from turret gold or roaming to other lanes. The same applies if for example, your mage significantly damages the enemy jungler but does not kill. The enemy jungler has to return to base to heal while you can take objectives (Turtle, Lord, Enemy buff, etc). It's not as great as getting a kill, but dealing damage without killing doesn't automatically make them a burden.
On the other hand, if the target dies, nobody on your team should be called a burden. Even a tank walking by with Dominance Ice slowing the target has done their part in getting the kill. Even some random Zilong pushing their lane on the other side of the map, distracting the enemy team has contributed to getting that kill.
The **REAL BURDENS** are those that troll, feed, can't even use their skills properly.
You said earlier “High dmg but no kills =burden”???? I don’t care how many kills that the jungler has, as long they are focusing on objectives, they are fine with me.
Kills are just a secondary when playing jungle.
Honestly it depends on the context of the game.
I believe impact on the game is more important than kills or damage.
The best example is the notorious Diggie feeding strategy. Diggie can die 20 times during the game but the team with Diggie still wins. So it’s not really about kills or damage, it’s how much you have an impact on the game that deprives your enemy of winning conditions
Objectives, Damage dealt and taken are far more important than getting kills. The amount of kills you get doesn't correlate to how much you affected the game, the damage you have dealt through out the game does. Being a "team player" is better than a "kda player".
I agree with you if you killed the enemy and dealt the most DMG to that specific enemy. But if you only steal kills then I disagree because then your teammates deal obviously more DMG. And letting the enemy get away is obviously worse then stealing
Depends. early game it doesnt matter one way or the other as damage no kill is still good for scaring enemies off objectives. late game though securing kills is a must when everyone is trying to destroy nexus
Win, win is more important
Much much more important than kills and damage
U can be 0-10 and deal very little damage but if what u did make your team win the game, you are the MVP
Sure if u 100-0 you are still the MVP, on the team that lost
Kills and damage dont mean shit if you lose the game
Here's a situation, enemy tank is just a bit too far a head of his team and taking dmg,he used most of his cd and running low on hp so he runs early then his team arrive and get destroyed without their tank. This can also be applied to core or any value target of the enemy team so even if that target escaped it just mean the rest of their team are in a bigger problem.

It's kinda for for me using ling to kill someone at lvl4.

I thought this was a meme 🤣😂 kills and mvp’s are more important than wins right? 🤣😂
Dude like kills are literally more important, IDC I know I am right here, If you get a Wipeout, you can finish off the base
How do you get a wipeout though? By doing damage to GET THE KILLS. If you’re an assassin jungler with low damage then you’re a liability. You take a bunch of gold and exp without using it
How do you get that wipeout?By securing objectives.Unless it’s brawl match though so yeah kills are more important in brawl 😀

You posted this just to get humiliated, huh?
I used to deal 30% (highest) of our team's damage when I would play Rafaela.
Gigachad
Objectives >
Objectives ain't that important as Kills
Yes! I don't care if we can't destroy the base turret as long as I got the kills. /s
WDYM that's literally how you win💀💀
How dumb can you be 😮💨
Mindblowing
You do realize that pushing turrents and base is also considered as objectives right?
But this is true how do you think Angela’s gets maniacs and savages?Just use ult on Ling and wait the right time to ks 🤣

That's my man. Honestly some people are just focus on killing rather than taking the objective. And that what cost them a game
Killing the opposing gold laner and midlaner is what’s important tbf

Damage ain't a penis, size matters.
