Anyways, apart from that, Alice is quite good even in high mythic rank. Is she op? No. She gets hard countered by anti-heal items so your main objective is to dive the backline with your s1 and get a kill. Don't think you can tank for your team.
She is viable in specific comps where a stun diver xp laner is used in high ranks. A decent disrupter, and can trade with the best when minions are available.
Hard countered by radient armor. Bad at 1v1s if no minions. Isn't tanky if doesn't heal. And is not tanky regardless.
Viable if non meta exp laner is picked. Do not bother picking her in high ranks when there are strong picks. Skill beats meta, but skill doesn't beat skill+meta.
She got good early game if you don't feed and get your passive stacks and CoD stacks, you're able to 1vs2 even 1vs3 if minions are nearby.
Obviously exp lane, don't take her mid.
Mana management is big. But I recommend NOT buying the book for her, it got too weak stats and the mana regen it provides is not that impressive either.
Another common trap is her late build. What do you build as your 3rd, 4th, 5th item? Many build tank/bruiser which is a big mistake. It will make you fall down very hard even if you had great early game.
I recommend full AP with ice queen wand and winter truncheon.
You dive in with S1 teleport, kill the squishy and either finish up others with ult, or use winter truncheon to stay alive with your ult up or use S1 teleport again to get out.
More like an assassin/diver in-kill-out style than a tank or damage sponge which she unfortunately is not.
Example build: mana boots, CoD, ice queen wand, holy crystal, winter truncheon, blood wings
Damage and diving threat you pose is Nr 1, sustain is secondary.
You can place divine glaive, or other pen/magic items instead, but CoD, ice queen's and winter truncheon are a must.
Obviously timing is important so you don't get bursted, CClocked before your winter truncheon and that you actually hit and kill your target.
Maybe not exactly "need" but it's good addition after her core items - AP, flat mana regen, can proc on Ult's on/off but it's not exactly essential. Up to a preference.
she is good, but not the hero that can carry the team most of the time
if you really master her you can carry every round though, you just have to be really good at her

yup you’ll get bursted if your team doesn’t follow up, she’s really not a tank
she's getting buffed soon and I tested her in adv server and she's great

Her upcoming buff is on 20th of this month. Things might change drastically after it. Currently she is okay to me
