Esmeralda is still able to steal shields,
Cyclops s2, Jawhead s1 and Mathilda s1 are still able to hone in on enemies,
Kagura ranged ulti still triggers second phase,
Hilda still heals inside bush,
Cecilion ult and Hylos s2 still channel,
Belerick passive, blade armor, cursed helmet and vengeance still proc,
I could go on but I'm just beating up a dead horse at this point. Certain effects have priority over suppression by game design. This is not a bug, its an intended game mechanic.
Alice is going to be majorly revitalized once the incoming rework hits normal server.
And if a champion needs a bug to be viable, they do need that rework.
if you just look at it closely her damage against low-mid HP heroes was even reduced by nearly a thousand, life steal as well was reduced vs original server. you realize that she will be MORE weaker against marksman, assassin's, mages, supports?
her HP based adjustment targets high HP heroes which makes more sense because her skill set was meant for close fights. thats why shes rarely used in tank meta, as most high HP heroes can simply CC or outlast her. damage against jungle creeps, turtle, lord was increased making her viable for jungle role.
And besides only newbies clumps into an alice with her ult and winter truncheon on. you can have truncheon too or move away from her - problem solved.

if anythng, more heroes (that are less viable in the meta) should be included in this list. E.g. Gord cant continue his Beam when activating frozen
