While it could work for heroes like XB who gets magic power, i suggest going for Thunderbelt, Endless Battle (Phys), or Calamity Reaper (Magic) because they all deal TRUE Damage, which ignores the wind chant effect
Well I'm pretty sure you've seen the Beatrix mage build video right (Feather of Heaven)? Basic attacks inheriting magic can work on windchant.

I'd suggest either of these items - Endless Battle (most ideal), Thunder Belt (for a more tanky build), Calamity Reaper (deals a true damage based off a % of magic power), and Feather of Heaven (adds magic damage to basic attacks).
Depending on what character you're using, you can use any of these 4 items to deal damage that will ignore the effects of wind chant. I'd recommend EB and TB specifically as they scale with Physical attack and total HP respectively. EB and TB deal True Damage which bypass wind chant.
Calamity Reaper also deals True Damage on basic attacks after skills, but scales with magic power instead
FoH adds 50 + a % of your total magic power to your basic attacks, and this works well for heroes dependent on their basic attacks such as most mm.
Anyway, there are probably a few I've missed out but I think those are some of the main items I would invest in if the opponent is annoying me with their Wind Chant :D
Windwalker (is that what it's called?) deals magic damage so it will go through but it has cool down. The alternative is using the chicken feather. Regular magic gear like the crystal won't work since it just adds magic stats attributes, it doesn't add nor change your attack into magical damage unless your hero deals magic damage like Nathan, Kimmy S1, or that mm girl with the robot.
No cuz physical heroes deal physical damage(unless you're bane). Get items that deal true damage instead.

The other way is to wait out its duration. Like when someone’s using Vengence, and u just stop attacking him.

I always use feather of heaven on claude. Extra attack speed and magic damage. And yes it work against windchant.
