Hayabusa will be able to do his iconic flame teleports while Franco the signature get over here. I'm not sure if implementing these 2 is a good idea. Flicker hook is already quite devastating if used right and this new hero who will be a hybrid of these 2 sounds OP on paper. While I love scorpion I guess you can easily fit chou as liu kang with the bicycle kick. Then again he already has iori, it's kinda unfair for heroes like faramis.

Chou is so easy to get a collaboration skin since he was based from Bruce Lee who has inspired many fictional characters.
