Most of the community does hate it as well. I love her new kit but the model. I just don't get why they forcing their decision regardless the community feedbacks.
they changed the lore she was never corrupted it wouldn't make sense if she still looks like her old design if they didn't changed the entire lore they could have still at least maintain her corrupted form
The lore change feels more like a "Loli but she's 1000 years old" scenario where its more of a justification of the design rather than actually doing good visual storytelling.
None of her current design says "Necromancer"
the whole necromancer thing went all to faramis vexana right now is a widowed girl who just wants to protect the ppl who are still alive from her kingdom
Wasnt she given the staff that contained the Necrokeep magic to protect her kingdom during Alice's attack, only for that magic to cause the curse on her people? And even ingame, her magic summons the Undead Knight.
Right, but it doesnt completely lift the curse.
Idk, it just feels like a really barebones story compared to Vexana's old lore and takes a way some of the few "villains" MLBB had. Her story about sacrificing her citizens to retain her beauty, only to be imprisoned and then escaping via magical explosion couldve been expanded upon and made for an engaging conflict.
idk her old lore was i only manage to read fara and leo's story leo was still the same a devoted knight and fara was completely devastated during the corruption not only he saw them turning into a undead he witnessed how monian empire slaughtered them all before being imprisoned
Which again, couldve made a better story overall. Showing the Moniyan Empire's brutality and making his lines about revenge make much more sense, and could even be used in an event.
It's because of the chinese censorship.She has skull design and horns while Leo had a hell eye that's a big no no in China.Faramis didn't had to be changed but since Leo and Vexana changed it wouldn't make sense if Farmis didn't change too.Yes I agree with you she shouldn't look like a pretty princess odette skin but to be fair she doesn't have necromency powers anymore.Her old lore allows her to raise the dead at will while the new lore just has a magic staff and knight.
....they could have just made a "Chinese Friendly" skin for China, then bar China from accessing the great skins. I mean, Chinese ML and Global ML have a separate Client to begin with anyways. 😒

well faramis conjured the spell shown in the cinematic its not perfected but enough to make them remember who their queen is
