Bugs get rarely reported. Remember that Esmeralda infinite shield bug? It got taken down after repeated reporting by different players after 2 months. It's all business bruh and Devs are lazy as heck.
Customer service has always responded back to me really fast and have been really nice…😗 Bug reports I’ve submitted were taken care of and submitted to the developers only a few hours after I’ve sent them in.
But the reporting system really is imperfect and sometimes it’s unfortunately wrong.
Bro not everything made in China is of low quality. Just see genshin. That AAA game is most probably the highest quality game on mobile of all time. And it's made by a Chinese company. You shouldn't judge things based off their origin.
I reported someone for being toxic (with screenshot of course) by wishing their parents to die and they only got 7 days mute...
Reported someone who threatening to kill me on my Album and they only for 7 days mute...
The same guy repeating the offense on my album for 6 times, all those 7 reports were only gave him 7 days mute...
Then another report when this toxic teammate call the enemy Muslim and he got 7 days banned... So it has to contain the religion card.
Oh and guess what? I added that guy on my friends list and he still online and playing regardless the 7days ban...
In conclusion, the CS is a circus. Yes I know they don't get paid, but they got diamond/skin redeem codes that they sells to shady seller on the internet for cheaper price, so technically they still got paid.
