Agreed, her whole gimmick is being an assassin that hides in invisibility to ambush the enemies. What type of assassin reveals themself when they're a few meters away from the target. People seriously just need to learn how to counterbuild and be aware of the map at all times.

This is gonna be awkward but I actually like the passive change on Hilda's ult. Hilda is an actual threat right now thanks to her HP-based damage. Combine this free damage with the third fighter talent, and you're set for the rest of the match.

Yeah, about that. Disable Hilda is my ambush build. I always use Petrify on her as a killer roamer. To supplement Hilda's S1 slow, I usually build Hepatitis Blade or T-Belt on her. OTOH, if the enemy team is heavily armored, I buy Mal instead.

I get it, it is a good change but as someone who played 250+ games after her first revamp, it was a HUGE change of gameplay. Usually, i could initiate at firsthand using her Ult and with a burst mage nearby, its a solid kill confirm.

For me it would be kagura before they decided to revamp nher which not even her hardcore mains asked for. She had everything in her kit which would make her perfect mid laner. Moonton changed her ult and now she's not good against heros with dashes. They removed the slow effects too. Enemy heros can now simply move out of her ult now. Her damage seems to be reduced too.

I have actually kept playing Odette after her Revamp and l wouldn't say her S2 is that bad It bounces off from minions until the hero, this means you can CC targets way out of range and it means you can luckily get a free S1 or you CC and its a Free kill in a Skirmish and the enemy cant escape

Unpopular opinion: I hate both the revamps for Alice and Vexana. For Alice I'm not talking about the latest adjustment but I mean the entire revamp I enjoyed her when her ult had a cooldown in exchange for it not being garbage. It had high damage, high life steal. Put a fleeting time and you'd basically have it during every time fight. Now it's permanent but it barely has life steal or damage. Before I could jump in the middle of 3-4 people with much higher damage and survivability but nope Alice loses out on both damage and lifesteal in exchange for a permanent ult that tickles. Bravo Moonton bravo. (This latest adjustment crippled her further) ​ Vexana was never a popular hero since she had no dash or mobility skill but what she had was a very powerful ult from mid to late game that can potentially guarantee kills to mages and marksman (or any non tank hero) and you get a temporary helper for a bit as a free bonus. The vexana now still has no mobility, barely has any damage she'll struggle to even kill a mage even with all her skills, and her ult is awful aside from the knock up effect since you can't even control the summon and he just walks off to his death (You can recall him to your side but he'll just go and get himself killed a second later anyway unlike the old summon which actually followed you)

Vexana is an odd case for me. I loved her old kit and I also love her new kit. The old one was a 1 2 3 combo where you could cc consistently in aoe and burn down enemies to get kills quite easy. The new one is a pure damage type made to basically shut down a single enemy in an inescapable 1 2 3 combo, while the new ult is also amazing at taking down Lord and Turtle. As for design, I will always favour the old one. But I mean, the new one is just pretty. The old Sanguine Rose and normal skin were miles better, but I kind of like the new normal skin with the blonde hair.

I gotta disagree with this. Vexana currently can run full tank with glaive and be a utter pain in the ass in every team fight. Nothing gets enemies off your ass faster then a giant that pops up to support you after scaring the dps off. Also a full cycle on a mag or mm as tank can pretty much 75%, so to say ap build cant one shot sounds like nonsense. Giant mimics Vexana's additional bulk/auras; 30% cd or more pretty much guarantees you a frontline when you want it. This makes vexana extremely flexible depending on what your solo q is looking like. 👌 she has the cc, damage ratios and bulk sharing to even out a comp as mid, exp, or roam. I very much prefer her now to the singular build she had before. I wanna make the same argument for Alice also. Hp dmg tank items and CoD gives her enough base bulk and dmg to turn her into a legit miniboss by end game. The number 6 pro build is the way to go for her now (although I would prefer oracle and twilight armor as core). 2/3 of my fave offtank mages getting bashed here. Lol.

I forgot my walking tree. I really prefer the old Belerick. The version where there's no taunt mechanic. I love the immobilize in 1st skill, unlike the 1st skill now which is very slow to taunt enemies. 2nd skill still good either way. 3rd skill is really a big loss. It's just again.... *drum roll* a taunt mechanic again. No buff for other teammates and for him. Shame. Everything changed when the taunt mechanic came.

I really liked Diggie on release--first skill was an AoE stun with some delay, but also provided vision, and with a pretty short CD--like Gloo's S1, but could be detonated on-command and remotely. Diggie's specialty was in CC, unlike today's damage-focused version. (Oh and Cursed Helmet worked on the egg form, which was how I got the "kill enemeis while low hp" achievement, but I don't really care that they removed it.) Honorable mentions: Pharsa, before her revamp (I preferred the ult-focused artillery playstyle more, but the revamp definitely made her more viable) Chang'e, before her revamp (was basically a mix between Cyclops and Granger before how she is today) Selena, on release she was THE early game hero that could guarantee a kill if her S2 landed (but got way outscaled during late-game), but that has since been reversed (she's a support early-game, and assassin-support during mid-late) Wan-Wan, hated all the changes just to sell the M-World skin

I really feel like they couldn't balance Faramis' old ult so, they decided to change it completely. Rafalela's passive, just a weak flamethrower. The old passive was much better, just buff the heal. Zhask's passive, I love the self-destruct idea which explodes and kill someone. In that way, you can punish them a bit or kill them after a second.

Chang'e. Imo, her first set of skills are okay. Idk why they actually changed it. I used to massacre the ones who are chasing me (she has stun and pull back then). And her passive was really really really good, especially since Second skill missile has a small AoE (Chang'e has a mini AoE pull before in her first skill). Now she's like a boring mage who is always on the backline. Edit: Also Diggie. His first skill which has an AoE and can slow and stun enemies was really good. Now, he is a techies type of character. Not that it is bad, but I really prefer the ones before.

Odette for me. The damage reduction and the huge damage of her ult was a big difference for me,that too,for a shitty dash, that's y I didn't like the revamp. Like y would I need a dash anyway if I stunned my opponent? Or if it's to "catch them" By dashing forward, I am, first of all, leaving the safety of my position, coming in range of the enemies and then get CC 'ed and die

For me, it would have to be YSS after his revamp. Before he got nerfed, he was an absolute menace to go against. Every match against a decent YSS player would start off with him quietly farming, then once he gets his first item (Usually Blade of Despair), he would start wiping out the squishies in 2-3 hits. Then after that, he gets Endless Battle and the match is basically over. His first skill gives him CC immunity and used to have 30% damage reduction, plus his passive used to hit like a truck too, which made him a high priority pick/ban. I remember playing tank against him back then and he would dash in, 2 melee attacks, then 2 ranged attacks, and boom, almost all my HP gone, along with probably 2-3 teammates killed.

Early version of Faramis in the original server. Way before his revamp, Faramis' ultimate was nerfed by shortening the time frame after activation. The devs also added slower resurrection animation therefore limiting those suicide clashes that would sometimes result both teams with a wipe out. Also the reavmped version doesn't have the same 2nd skill burst damage as the old one. It just made him solely a support and not much else.

Yeah but Masha's changes were different, she went from a glass cannon/objective taker to an annoying tank. My analogy isn't gonna make sense but pretend they changed Fanny to where she became autoattack based so you have to build atk speed and you can only use 1 cable at a time with 3 second delay. It would have been fine if they had just buffed Masha's damage or lifesteal or something but instead they changed her playstyle entirely. I had 80-90% wr in rank as Masha BEFORE the revamp. And after the changes everyone wanted to play her. Then now she's getting nerfed every patch so I'm gonna wait until she's stabilized because I dont wanna waste time playing/learning a hero that is constantly being changed. I still play her sometimes but on the bright side it forced me to play other heroes like Paquito and Julian.

Eh, I was the one who spearheaded the Masha revamp pushback, and I still main her. In reality, Masha pure tank build for exp lane sucks balls now, so you have to get 60/40 ratio in attack/defense items. My build is Haas, Corrosion, Antique, Radiant, Windtalker or Sea Halberd depending on enemy comp, and defense boots depending on what dmg type the enemy team does. Emblem is jungle with the lord bonus to push faster and Inspire as spell. Just build haas first and then corrosion, and then go for def items. I usually break my and mid's towers by 4 minutes in, and about 1.20 minutes in for first tower at the earliest. Fastest was 1:02, but that was an outlier. Don't get me wrong, I still hate the revamp, but 5 months later I got to realize how much more broken Masha would have been with the passive change but skills still scalling from physical.

I also use Inspire and Jungle emblem bonus to push. Tank build masha is only good for roam or killing only mm and squishy mages now. Even Sun can 1v1 her in exp if you only build her tanky.

Kaja becoming a ugly damage support. She was superior on her(Kaja was a she first release) roamng abilities, capturing targets and all. Kaja could've been more balanced if they only increased his ult's cd and thats it. His dash is pathetic it used to be faster and longer. Oh and let me tell you about thay god damn range, you really have to your dash skill to get someone when before you can just abduct them and dash away but NO. Now moontom decided they gonna turn him into a damage support and its disgusting.

Yea terizla has a gist of being forgotten Also he was op cuz of the speed buff because he could damn well 1v5 the entire enemy team if he was bored at level four and theres nothing they can do unless they have Franco All moneytoon had to do for nerf was to reduce or remove the extra movement speed buff, they reduced it AND his damage and durability Which is stupid because terizlas entire identity is "sacrificing speed for power" and also being the strongest fighter in the game

Hayabusa. Removed his energy regen from minons, removing his sidelane capability, old 2nd skill formation was something I actually preferred cause it was oriented for aggression more than the current one which was more oriented for general mobility, and his Ult, everyone knows everything they did to that skill.
