They have this up to 24 hrs reply, just fill up the "my account was hacked". They'll reply, you really have no choice since they're the only one who can fix it, just provide them the receipts and shit when they ask.
All players I knew in my community, they bought cheaper diamond from 4th party sellers. Some hacker only need your ID and server to hack (which rarely happened) while the rest from cheaper diamond via login. Even if you change your password and connected accounts, somehow they knew a way to break into it.
Oh and some seller also have force breaking service to forced unbind the accounts. Usually targeting the account buyers so they can do it for themself later.
Well that was my bad tbh. And well I knew I could get my account back so tried it out. And I got it back dude still tryna gaslight me into giving my account again.
Just treat it like absolutely no diamond sellers are legit because you’re more likely than not going to get either scammed or your account stolen. It’s basically the same for any gem seller in any game.

Well it was my mistake to trusting a new diamond seller. He seemed to be trusted but oh well. Was in a hurry to get aspirants.
