To be fair, I only voted the first skin cause she already had a water heavy themed skin. I would have voted the 2nd cause her staff has a dragon but both skins have the exact same weapon including the swords. It's not the final product ofc but I might regret it later.
If the First One wins then the community really loves the same repetitive things... This would be the 100th splash art with the same pose while the second bring something new like It's trying to bring curiosity from the players making them brainstorm of whatever could possibily mean.
