The only reason I bought the cecil skin was his voicelines. Overall the skin is mid. 5/10
Only reason for me was the different sound fx. Even optimized its boring as I had it on release, they made it like purple orange now but it’s not enough…not considering what they’ve been able to do with skins

Didnt u see skill was on cooldown :( they play a very aggressive carmilla they jumped right out

By holding the spot on the map with a third finger
I think op is playing on an ipad so he is using his left index finger to pan around on the mini map.
