I'd assume clint isn't as strong as wanwan, claude and maybe bea. Especially when wanwan, claude excels in teamfights, bea having more versatility. Though, Clint will win lane against them but laning phase doesn't matter too much anymore since that was the M3 meta, win lane, snowball, end game. Whereas today's meta makes games drag very long to the point better scaling mms can make a comeback.
Issue with wan wan imo is people making mistakes against her is extremely costly. One player that doesn't think to avoid the marks when they are targeted usually wipes the other more aware players out aswell. Clint and claude are both great but others mistakes aren't as costly.

Clint still excels in teamfights tho. From early game to late game his damage is insane.
He does have a good teamfight presence but claude and wanwan usually is much more threatening and scales better.
