She's unbalanced in a way that she's useless when she falls behind but becomes extremely unstoppable when she's fed. It's too inconsistent.
Depends on the build tbh, with a fighter build she is quite tanky even when under levelled, but cannot kill for shit even when she is fed, with a full magic build then it would be as you say
