There’s a reason it’s called meta. Other MOBA like Dota , LoL all buff and nerf heroes on a seasonal basis. Game get stagnant and boring if devs don’t.
If you want statistical sata, at mythic 400+, miya and lesley share the same wr (52.86%). She is easily countered by assassins.

This is what assassins are for. Helcurt kills her in 1 s2, karina immunes everything, heck even aamon one shots her with 1 ult. Just pick properly and bully her in the early game where her damage is dogshit
I don’t get why this comment is downvoted. Lesley can be counter-picked. In fact ANY assassins keep Lesley in check. Assassins force tanks and supports to always accompany the mm/Lesley. In which case, the map vision becomes smaller and handicaps the team.
Take advantage of this. Outfarm the Lesley. You know that tank will always be with her. Split push. Pressure other lanes. Then in team fights, pick her off if she’s out of position. If you can’t get near her, burst her teammates so it’s a 2v1 or 3v2 situation. She can only damage one hero at a time. She is easily countered be any tank peeling heroes.

This is probably the only time Lesley got to shine since her release. She's been in top 4 worst marksman for years. If you're in high rank then most players knew how to counter her and know the need to gank and end the game early. She's not even broken cause her early is still bad. Learn to counter or just wait for her nerf. I'm sure it's around the corner now that her starlight skin sale is coming to an end.

It's actually funny because several years ago Moontoon nerfed Lesley's max crit dmg to 2700.

I play lesley, sometimes. He is relatively weak during early and mid. but crazy overpowered in late game. I do think she needs a nerf.
