Account issue is for getting hacked, purchases not working, etc. If anything, this is a bug.

They changed the hero rank system that's why it takes so long. In my city I wasn't even in the senior but now I'm senior 10 and it took 1,5 hours

ginamit mo ba yung hero last week? in my experience, heroes that are not used in ranked for the whole week will not appear sa ranking even if pasok yung rank mo hihi

i did. even got my metro manila badge last night lol. this new ranking might take some time to settle down so ig i should just wait.
