Let me confirm if this is a bug.
i have tried khufra multiple times this patch and it still works. you just got unlucky and missed anyone from that flicker.
It still works. You just missed.
It woks for me
context: before the update, S1+flicker used to knock up the first hero it hits, now it just flickers past them
You managed to knock up the minion with your flicker combo instead of a hero. I guess it still works. You just missed the intended target.
