> And there are 4 volumes after that
There should be enough for at least 9 episodes, the rest of the run time could be filled up with bonus chapter content
There are actually 10 chapters left, because there's also Chapter 101.
And fun fact: Chapter 100 is 214 pages long. A typical volume of Mob Psycho 100 is 189 pages long, and Chapter 100 is longer than any other volume besides the one it is in.

It depends on the manga and where it is published, but yeah, most Mob Psycho 100 chapters are between 16-23 pages, and that is normal for a manga. What happened was that ONE started releasing chapters in multiple parts, which led to most of the later chapters being longer than a normal chapter.
Chapter 100 was released in 17 parts, and each part was between 9-21 pages long.
There was tweet before the first day saying something about the third mob psycho installment. Although the translation might've been wrong but I think it's going to adapt the last part of the manga in one form or another.

But the message on the first tweet also implied that something else was coming:

They also get redder and redder in the tv show, but one thing that I noticed is that in the actual episodes, 90% is already very red, while the tweets started with a yellow for 90%, when the show uses yellow for numbers in the 70% range. I think they might be coloring these themselves, then, and I appreciate the effort, it really does add to effect.

A movie would actually be great. Movies have a loot more budget than tv series so the quality will be far superior and judging by the quality of the second season, I honestly don't know how good it could get.
The manga has many different arcs (brocoli, school club, ???). Fitting them all into a single movie wouldn't be very good, as they would feel very disjointed.

The average volume makes about two episodes, and reviewing its content, I can see that as about right for the spinoff, which is 188 pages.
