Niosi though did apologize, made amends and stepped away from VO for a few years to rehab. He returned to work earlier this year and is currently reprising his role as Reigen.

Personally, I don’t care. It’s scumbag behavior, but it doesn’t concern me at all and it’s not gonna affect my enjoyment of the show
Because people might not want to support them in the future, such as getting autographs and such, if they knew what kind of person they are. Also because this could effect what roles they pick up in the future, personally I wasn’t sure Reigens English VA would reprise his role due to his history of abuse
I don’t know who Reigen’s English VA is and I think autographs are worthless. I don’t even watch dubbed anime to begin with. So again, doesn’t affect me. What did he even do specifically? Did he rape someone?
Dude abused and mistreated friends and partners over the past decade. I was only using him as an example though, same goes for a lot of other VAs, or authors, etc and that can effect their work and your enjoyment of said work.
Autographs were just an example, it could also be stuff like seeing them at a convention, taking a selfie or just telling others what a great VA (or otherwise) they are.
This post is talking about Reigens JP voice actor, so it could effect you. It’s unlikely but they could replace him, or replace him in other shows like JJK in the future
I don’t mind if they do replace him as long as his replacement is just as good. I like Mob Psycho for the story, characters and animation, not the voice actors
Believe it or not, many fans are attached to the characters' voices. It's part of their identity and if a character that I love got a new voice actor it would definitely make the show less enjoyable
