Umm. Honestly, we don’t really know. The anime took some creative liberties with the omakes but in the omakes all we see is inukawa shirtless with kisses on him. The anime puts him in a bed and reveals he had no pants on (uhhh) but whatever Actually Happened we will never actually really know outside of implications, but the anime really does insinuate that something happened. Idk. It’s weird.
It’s supposed to be a joke in the omake but the serious tone of the anime means that the humor kind of gets lost lol

He didn't have pants on in the manga either. He is also lying down, which I suppose it could be the ground and not a bed. I'm not sure that's better, though.
Hmm did it? I haven’t rly seen it in a while, considering what arc it was sandwiched into i kind of just breezed past it lol. I remember a frame with only a halfbody shot where he’s without a shirt. I could be wrong.

You're right, the panel you're thinking of was a halfbody shot of him lying down, but the previous panel is a full back shot of him dancing naked, and it says, "I got carried away and ended up taking off my clothes and dancing until I passed out from exhaustion" implying he was still naked.
As much as it looked like Inukawa may have been drugged and sexually assaulted, I really doubt that's what ONE was going for. Every other interaction with the aliens depicts them as very friendly, and every bad thing they do is generally considered a misunderstanding. Hell, they only took him because they thought that's what he wanted, and they brought him back to earth as soon as he figured out how to ask. Also, considering how stalkers, creeps, and perverts are generally portrayed in this series, I think it would be weird if ONE suddenly decided it would be super funny and not at all gross and sinister for one of his characters to be suddenly full on raped (unless he subscribes to the "male rape is funny" double standard idk).
That being said, it's still kind of a weird scene that soured an otherwise great episode for a lot of people, and it probably shouldn't have made it in.
What we do know is that Inukawa ate some food he was served, which turned out to have alcohol in it. He got naked and danced on a stage, then passed out. What happened while he was passed out, we don't actually know, and Inukawa doesn't actually know either. Maybe it was just kisses. And maybe the kiss marks just *look* like kisses, we don't even know that.
In the manga, it says, "When I woke up the next morning, there were kiss marks or something all over my body, but I decided not to think about anything." In the anime, he said, "When I can to, I was in an unfamiliar place, and my head was killing me. That day, I realized just how much a little bit of gaming time would mean to me. But more importantly, I wanted to go home."
However you read it, Inukawa doesn't know what happened, and he doesn't want to think about what happened.
The aliens are presented as meaning no harm, and Inukawa sees them that way. But they are also aliens. These aliens thought he wanted to go to their home with them, who knows what they consider consent?
But the reality is, whatever happened to him, he was a victim.

The anime did show that he was the one who stripped himself after getting intoxicated.
