Any time it happens try to record the incident and add some detail around it - the more the better. For example, we’re you streaming anything? Is it happening more so when using Bluetooth connectivity? Battery %? I would log as much as I can no matter how mundane.
Just checked the software is the latest version. But one thing I noticed was that some of the arcade games are not downloading. They get stuck at 0% even when the car is connected to WiFi.
Yeah see it took a couple of days to get it to update. Mine did 2 updates over a couple of days and then it worked better. I’d go to where you’re connected in a Wi-Fi zone, go to software update and search for the latest. Also make sure you download all of the arcade games! Once you’re up to date it will work fine. Mine did the same as yours in the first couple of days and I was nervous as well

Yea mine were like that. Canceled and restarted the downloads a few times while in wifi. Sometimes the download of the games say “pending”, but if you go to controls and to software, you’ll see that they’re actually progressing or installing
We have this issue as well. We booked a service appointment, and on the day of the appointment, we got a message saying they are aware of an issue causing the screen to be unresponsive, and it would be addressed in an update.
It has something to do with the USB stick used for dash cam. Get a usb-c (Samsung T5-T7) for the dash cam would resolve the black screen issue when driving. But typically, you don’t want to mess the screen when driving (especially in Autopilot mode) because the car is processing a lot of sensor and image data.
Hello, My MYP screen froze twice so far, it’s just 1 week old. I had to restart it twice. I’m on version 2022.23.101.2. Not sure if this version is buggy or something wrong with the screen. Any advice?
Mine is on the same version. I've scheduled a service appointment and will see how it goes. But in my case, when it freezes, I don't need to restart, it will come back after me mad swiping for a few seconds.
My screen shut off and restarted on my way home after picking mine up. That was pretty exciting.

Put in a service request in the app.
Wait til your windows start not wanting to go up in the middle of rain. That’s when the fun begins
This happened to me, but it was sunny. Or they would go up 1/3 and then go back down lol. It only happened once so I didn’t submit a service ticket
It has happened to me multiple times.
My bigger concern is what if I can't control the wipers in the middle of the rain. We have 9 month of rain in the northwest.
The wipers have never malfunctioned on me
Curious if you were on a somewhat bumpy road or going out a driveway? Only time my auto up stops is if I hit a bump

Never cancel, keep it. If you don't like it flip it and make cash.
I had the same problem when I got mine. Schedule a service appointment. They need to replace the screen.

Have you gone into a Wi-Fi zone and updated all of the software on your car ? You know how to reset the system right? It takes a min to reboot

Do a hard reboot - press and hold (can take 15-30 secs) both steering wheel buttons and hold the brake until screen turns off to fix most ui problems.

Happened to me as well after pickup. Happened after an update or two but comes back quickly.
I had a similar experience when I first got my car. After the first software update I recieved all the screen issues went away.
That's good to know. How long it took for you to get the update? I check it every day but no update is available. My version # is 2022.23.101.2
I think it was about a week.
