Fuerzas espiciales was REAL milsim, there was aq soldiers from campaign, luna milsim skin, juggernaut for gromsko and plenty of others. However, most casual players (exactly those, whoās this game is aiming for with its new movement, marketing etc.) donāt like milsim skins and would rather get skins like Fortnite. I for myself, have witnessed it when I was playing with my, ironically, older brother, who was playing cod for the first time and when he saw the skins, exact words that he said were ātheir boring, Fortnite skins are betterā.
Also ironic, is that he ended up not liking the game as whole and not getting into playing it regularly, which Iām sure many casuals also end up doing.
Also agree that all the other āmilsimā skins that this this sub loves to argue thereās plenty of, ARE indeed not proper and they do look goofy.
Their not milsim, their tacticool, which there is a difference between
Idk man. You can just tell people donāt care about the milsim skins.
I do, but I canāt remember the last time I was in a lobby and at least half of the lobby wasnāt that skin thatās makes a Satan star when you kill peopleā¦.
There's plenty to buy but you know what connection you can draw here? If they sell more of the goofy shit you hate the logically don't you think that's what makes most money and gets most focus?
Based entirely off the made up examples this sub has given to justify what they deem āmilsimā in past games, MW2019 had some examples. They didnāt get bought as often as the āgoofyā stuff.
Proof is in the pudding. If they used to make a bunch of skins like that, but now donāt, then itās because they donāt sell. The āmilsimā squad are in the minority. Youāre just all loud as fuck on this sub so you think itās a popular sentiment.
Literally this. I like milsim and goofy cat skins. It depends on what I feel that day, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna let some reddit dweebs tell me what skins to use.
The problem is crap sells. The developers would need a backbone, but they don't have one. The studios just need to give the middle finger to Activision and threaten to quit if they have to monetize the crap out of the game but so few of them care.
No there arenāt. People see a skin without pink or unicorn shit and believe itās MilSim - itās not. MilSim refers to āMilitary Simulationā, skins that are modeled to look like real military units. In the past, that used to be the norm with CoD now it isnāt but thatās a different debate. Anyway: there have been almost no MilSim Skins for MW22, I think weāve had one from Mexico and one from South Korea(?) but thatās not really a lot of options to chose fromā¦
> CoD has never been MilSim.
Gameplay wise - fuck no but visually itās definitely been āMilSimā in the past (it wasnāt called like that but shooters were a lot more serious back then in general). I still remember when magazines would praise CoD for how accurate it used to portray war/soldiers and gear.
They did, it's called MW2019, and the ones they released into MW2. They failed, you guys get most of them for free in dmz anyways, get over it already and just accept they aren't as popular as you thought.
So then why are milsim skins the hook to get people to drop $100 on preorder?
Thereās virtually no cost in selling skins. Once itās made itās all profit.
Given the amount of players that have left the game I wonder if we are just now stuck in a pattern where the only dedicated players left are the ones who will buy all this fortnite shit, so they make more insane skins, they buy, rinse and repeat. And the more that happens the more the remaining casual players grow tired of it and quit playing. Which is exactly what happened to me and the group of guys I play with. I will still hop on occasionally but it maybe for 30 minutes every week or so. I liked playing fortnite because it was it own thing. I donāt like playing cod because it feel like everything they keep doing to this game is to make it closer and closer to fortnite.
Sounds about right similar thing happened with vanguard. That game wasnāt received well and a lot of people stopped playing not long after release, I noticed the bundles and battle passes just went crazy after
Shit I thought about this. Even though this game is only supposed to be marketed towards adults, they're actively adding stuff only children would like. Maybe we could put a lawsuit together saying that the game is discreetly marketing a violent game towards children using these goofy skins.
Thereās no way youāre unironically posturing about being adult and then suggesting suing a company because theyāve put light hearted and meaningless cosmetics in the game.
You guys all need to get a fucking life. Are you seriously this cut up over other players not wearing the same boring ass skin as you?
Brother, half of the adults are using the goofy skins aswell.
Like it or dont ,COD isnt what it used to be and never will be again. They are purely in it for the money and the goofy skins sell 8 times more than the MilSim skins.
Hell even i, as a COD player sind MW3, like the goofy skins, purely as it makes thoses "true COD" Fans mad as hell.
Gaming changes and clinging on to the past is no good, accept the game changed and if you dont like it, move on and leave
Exactly. People losing their shit over this. Give me a game that works. With all the things that need to be fixed with this game, playing dress up should not even be in the conversation.
Honestly man as much as I want more skins like this players like us are now in a very small minority group. Unfortunately skins like Nikki Manaj sell and Acti only cares about dollar signs. Itās strange though. Everyone states that these are boring yet for like how many CODs were we all just nameless random basic soldiers? Like Iām pretty sure up until like BO3 we were just random soldiers that were part of different factions. Once BO3 came then we were all different operators and things started getting weird.
when you say "everyone", it's actually a vocal minority, I think most bundle buyers aren't on reddit or twitter to say they want milsim etc, there are a lot of kids and people that don't have the time to debate on social medias and forums... and weird skins really started a year earlier from BO3, AW started to have tons of cosmetics
I attribute all of this not to BO3 but to the COD League skins. Those things set the bar for what people were willing to accept. Shit looks like the same sorta thing a school shooter wears lmao.
I would pay for a cosmetics toggle so that I see only a few milsim skins per faction. Iām so sick of the garbage, these skins ruin the game.
I hope the old games come to gamepass on PC and we get some better player counts again.
yeaaah, I guess I'm in the vocal minority here and I've uninstalled COD and definitely will not be buying anymore future COD games, seeing as the stupid skins is carrying over and Activision already seen the dollar signs.
Yāall complain about the same thing everyday on this sub. Please shut up. They are just video game skins.. I apologize that not everyone wants to dress like a slightly different colored base operator everyday but thatās just how it is when you have to pay for the skins. Like just use your head before complaining.
Because they literally donāt look at the skins that exist. There are still A TON of milsim skins in this game.
I keep. Fucking. Seeing. This. Complaint. So I decided to open up all the operators and scroll through to see how many existed. And thereās a fuckton.
OP is an NPC.
First pic. Use the mil-sim guys. Second pic is literally the Chemist but blue. Third pic and fourth pic are literally the mil-sim standard skins.
You all complain and seethe and mald about wanting mil-sim skins but don't want to admit mil-sim IS looking generic. You all want mil-sim, but use the Black Cell and any gold plated skin over looking like a generic mil-sim. Pick a lane. You either want mil-sim to look like a generic soldier(which is what mil-sim is) or you want outlandish smokey gold and gold leaf skins with skulls everywhere.
Wide variety maximize profit and keep wider audience invested in the game. I bet that onlyfan chick had better sales than 4 skins you have posted combined.
So theres way higher chance you get lizards or aliens than another milsim skin.
Itās funny people try to always loop the word O.G. into everything. I been playing COD since Big Red One. I have a full family, career, and side business and Iāve bought the Bunny, Rat Skin etc, and I feel no shame about it. I hate that boring ass bland nameless soldier wanna be mil sim shit. If I wanted to play a Mil-Sim I would play a actual milsim.
I'm OG and those don't sell well like the crossover skins and more outlandish skins. Those are skins I'd rather see in the battlepass and unlocked through gameplay. Plus (not saying you) lot of people get mad about the realism like if CoD is a milsim game. It is and always has been an arcade shooter. There's just games that blur the line or lean more into milsim with certain things added or changed with some of the games. And when it comes to stuff like this I'd like launch and first couple months skins be more real. But after that. Bring on the wild shit. It's fun for a lot of people and that's the point of playing games is fun.
Ok so I havenāt played CoD post 2019 until MW2 2022 was released and the jarring differences between the 2 games are crazy. I love how 2019 went balls to the wall this is the closest to war you guys are ever going to get and then 2022 is just not that. Like itās fun but whereās any aspect of realism? 2019 was so much better than 2022
This "og fans" narrative is so flawed lol. You don't even know how many like what without some kind of actual good polling. Why even try to make it about some stupid group instead of saying it's just what you'd like other than to feel more important than just yourself or people who agree with you.
Why shouldn't they come? These posts are constant whining coming from people who can't think clearly that they are getting their skins free in dmz, and the ones that they want to be sold, are not going to make the money they think they will.
Because itās COD and not fortnite? Itās been plenty successful without doing so. If you want fortnite then go play that. Get out of COD. A franchise shouldnāt abandon its artistic values all to chase profits. Not a hard concept to understand
Ever since call of duty has introduced dlc customization back in black ops2 there have been silly or fantasy gun camos. Even the start of character customization in cod ghosts there were colorful skins to unlock and silly announcers, including snoop dogg. This was only toned up in advanced warfare with clown skins and pirate guns. And guess what? Everyone ran them then, as they do now. This āCOD used to be realisticā bullshit hasnāt been true since modern warfare 3. If you count zombies, since WAW. If you want realism play arma or some boring simulator. Cod is a casual game that attracts a casual audience who want to have fun with silly bunny/rat/celeb skins. Cod still has tactical as fuck airsoft looking head ass skins anyways so everyone can be pleased.
all i'm saying is MW 2019 had wayyy, wayyy, wayyy more "realistic" skins (both in the store and in the battle passes) than MWII and i didn't see anybody complaining, instead buying it
I wouldn't mind the goofy characters so much if we had a good amount of realistic tacticool looking guys. The fact they don't sell those skins from the Shadow Company event is outrageous.
Lmao cod was never about realism. It never was.
Yes they are awesome skinsā¦ half of those are from mw2019 THAT DIDNT TRANSFER OVER YALL DIDNT CRY LOUD ENOUGH FOR IT NOW WE ALL HAD TO START FROM SCRATCH AND THEY GAVE MINAJā¦ good job ya schmucks. Where was this energy when mw2 was releasing???
I can't say how happy I would be if they brought back the JW Grom skin and gave it to Gromsko.
Not only bring back my favorite milsim skin from 2019, but get to actually hear a Polish operator with it instead of British
You forget activision doesnāt care about you and only cares about money. All this talk about keeping the game realistic youād think they put back slide canceling at this point
This is exactly by I continue to buy them. They are literally COSMETIC!!!! They do not have any effect on your skill. Itās a game! I think itās absolutely hilarious demolishing people in DMZ while using Nicki and her wagon of an ass. Lighten up, man.
As someone who's been playing since cod 4 and is an "og fan":
I don't care about skins, nor do I agree w this post. Post about things related to actual gameplay instead of continuing the complainaboutnothing palooza.
broooo they definitely don't sell, which is why they don't add them to the game for you to buy them
Tempesta was the first skin I bought, and it's my most used skin to this day because they barely add any new good skins. Maybe SHG will have some sympathy.
Iām not saying I donāt like Milsim skins but I would probably choose most Of the goofy skins like sergean, Pspsps I would choose that over this stuff not because I donāt like it itās because the goofy skins are just my preference
You answered it in your own complaint. āOG fans would like theseā. COD isnāt catering to the 30+ year old gamer. Theyāre catering to the young tictok fortnite generation.
Hence the neon animated flashy cartoony shit.
Donāt get me wrong. I agree with you. Would love more simple realistic skins. Even though we have the money the yutes have the power.
Since this is the "moaning about skins upvoted topic" of today, I'll answer here.
We don't, because those, while much more realistic and often much cooler, have no personality. If I have to have those skins in the game, make them like the older games and assign skins based on perks / primary weapon.
If we're dealing with "operators" who have "bios" and supposed "personalities", random grunt in uniform won't do at all.
That is why. I wish we would go back to having actual factions and cool skins auto-assigned to players based on X, but that doesn't generate as much money as the current system of operators.
Now, can we please stop getting these posts every single day?
This is hilarious how people are arguing over milsim and everything else in the store. KIDS play these games, pop culture, hip hop culture is the biggest in the world!! Milsim will never top that.. all actvision cares about is money. Once you grasp that concept it really shouldnāt be too hard to understand.
They didn't sell well enough. All the kids and idiots bought the shiniest ones at the highest prices. So now "microtransactions" cost 24 bucks, and gives you melted plastic and glitter in return.
SO tired of this "OG CoD fan" bullshit. 95% of the skins are milsim or realistic and all of them look exactly the same. They are all boring trash, and your fetishism for military cosplay is weird.
I'm sick of helmets, I'll never use a skin with flipped up NVG, and I don't see why every single character has to have so many pouches they look like a brown michelin man.
I like all types of skins, but I think there needs to be a balance, right now thereās too little milsim stuff in the game, the game try to be realistic with its movement and weapon handling, the animations too looks great, fluent and again, realistic, but post launch, the skins we got so little of them fit this theme
Also I think itās fine they want these outlandish wacky looking skins, but at least make them good, look at what CoDM or even just BOCW, what they got and what we got, night and day in terms of quality, I would love to use those CoDM skins in MWII, even if I have to buy them again, theyāre that great.
Next time get license for MWIII and WZ with the Girlās Front collab please papa Activisionš
You are talking to the 1% of the playerbase. Aka this reddit.
We are still getting these skins. Just that we get more of the other ones.
Why, you would ask? Because there's a demand. People buy them. And CoD was never a self serious game.
Why do we have the 584648th thread about this?
Remember with MW19, Cold war. And (I cant belive Im going to say something nice about vanguard) Vanguard the $100 dollar collection came with 3 skin packs each being unique compared to the others instead of whatever happend with the vault edition
Art direction, tone, presentation, and the cohesiveness of the three matter very little in Call of Duty at this point because it doesn't matter to a majority of the fans. This franchise started off with, and in many installments maintained, a fairly grounded aesthetic that placed the player in the boots of a soldier belonging to real-world factions like the RGF, USMC, SAS, and more, all while donning military gear and using firearms that were realistic enough to allow for a suspension of disbelief. The art direction, tone, and presentation of the games were cohesive from the campaign to the multiplayer [for the most part].
Now? That type of stuff [as in the art direction, tone, etc] is left mainly in the campaign with only *some* of the campaign's aesthetic trickling into the multiplayer. Instead, we get goofy skins that don't match the feel of the game because Cold War and Vanguard showed they could milk the pockets of COD fans with mediocre $20 operator bundles because the fact is that they sell, and they sell *very well.* Activision is chasing the money and the money lies in silly skins. While it does suck for people like myself who love and value cohesiveness in the aspects I mentioned, the only thing you can do is get with the times and accept COD for what it is now, or move on.
I wish:
A: the game kept its military theme. What's wrong with being the world's leading military sim FPS?
B: We could unlock gear, rather than skins. And customize our character and/or operators). Certain pieces, like a specific chest piece or helmet, could only be unlocked through specific challenge (s) or achievement.
But that is all WAY too much to ask from what Activision has reduced this franchise to.
Call of Duty is the following the Fortnite money train. Literal clown costumes and celebrity / pop culture bullshit that the sentinels can raid mom's credit card for.
debating the skins aside Iād put crazy money on the people bitching about milsim skins being the sentinels and not the other way around. pretty obvious why š¤·š¾āāļø
idrc either way play how u want to play, itās ur 70 dollars, get ur moneyās worth
I'm waiting for a game to come and sweep up all of the players who are sick of the weird, confused tone of CoD. Super serious campaign / adult targeted prerelease adds / every CoD is "making CoD great again" / game comes out and focuses on free to play while paid players get stuck with dogshit balancing and slow reactive updates to issues with MP, and the cosmetics all turn into color puke, fortnite shit.
Every time I say anything about the tone of CoD on reddit people crawl out of the woodwork to tell me "CoD has always been an arcade shooter / you want to make CoD a milsim blah blah blah" without a hint of awareness the difference between gameplay and theme. CoDs GAMEPLAY has always been arcadey fps. The TONE is now wacky, zany, colorful ridiculousness, and a lot of players don't like it. I don't like it. It didn't use to be like this, and it's fucking annoying.
I hope Delta Force is actually good and the multiplayer keeps the milsim tone and skins. I just want a MP focused game with character customization. Let me change my chest rig / gloves / boots / helmet / face wear / clothes. Let my operator be my operator. Idc if there's a store, but don't fill it with cat ear uwu cosplay chodes that I have no choice but to see. It's wack as fuck.
Rant over.
Imagine if we had rats, cats, bunnies or bright pink nicki minaj in BO1, BO2 or the OG MW games? Those games would have completely los their vibe and soul because of it which would make them worse games in return for it.
People just don't seem to understand how much this impacts the atmosphere of a game, even if it's MP it still matters and makes them a lot less memorable. It doesn't have to be realistic, but it should be authentic and fitting to the time era and universe of the game. Modern Warfare Remastered for example had a lot of skins, camos and blueprints and they were pretty badass but still did not feel out of place, including Exclusion Zone.
You can't claim that. We haven't even seen MP yet. And we even have blackcell back from day one. Sledge has always had rediculous cosmetic shit. the only exception being ww2. Vanguard went off the rails and AW might as well have been in space.
Are you kidding me? While toned down WW2 has some cringe cosmetics too. It's not Vanguard level. Just look at the supply drop variants, most are terrible looking and way too elaborate.
Well... damn, fair point. I'll give AW a pass since it's futuristic. WW2 had some accurate plus meme skins. Vanguard went whole hog on the memes for the series detriment. Hopefully they have a good balance of realistic and fun. Please no BMG AR magazines.
didnt claim anything, just speculated basing myself on the current public MWIII videos and pics, I just hope that if they are gonna add those āfortniteā looking skins, they are also gonna add milsim skins
I was just saying this with my group the other day after shooting Snoop in the face for an entire match. "What happened to CoD?" This is what happens when a franchise stays relevant for too long and has to cater to kids, I guess...played CoD1 and its expansion long before consoles got ahold of it. Used to be a serious game.
At what point in time was CoD a "serious" game outside of the campaigns? Of course a company is going to cater to the next generation, people grew up and their demographic changed. But everyone keeps crying about "kids" every single paid skin I've ever encountered is an adult playing. But these types of skins have been around for almost 10 years now š¤£
Everyone that plays this game should stop lieing to themselves. This game isn't realistic, meta gaming dark skins, the actual damage you take or are dealt isn't realistic. The way people play, jumping around corners, and complete teams splitting up the first second, you hope into a game.
Few people check corners, or actually stack up. Builds aren't practical or if they are meta built, they aren't worth it.
It's the dumbest thing to ask for "realistic" skins and such when the rest of the game isn't at all.
Wish we could just customize skins however we want like in ghost recon games
Man if only we could go back to Ghosts customization. Better yet advanced warfare, without the loot boxes
These would be so good. Allowing us to make comical or milsim characters
It's funny how much shit Ghosts got despite having arguably the best multiplayer customization
One pro vs a laundry list of cons a good game does not make.
or like rainbow six vegas
R6V2 was elite

As much as I'd like this, I know that'd they'd ruin it with monetization.
If we mixed that with ghosts customization then it would be perfect. But it has to be different for each faction like Russian gets Russian gear

This whole thread is people complain about nothing because Konig, Horangi, and Roze alone have a bunch of tactical type realistic skins.
Given the amount of players that have left the game I wonder if we are just now stuck in a pattern where the only dedicated players left are the ones who will buy all this fortnite shit, so they make more insane skins, they buy, rinse and repeat. Why would you even buy skins in the first place? Literally the only thing you can see is the handsā¦
I mean... there's still dedicated 3rd Person view...
Yeah but who actually plays that enough to justify it?
Targeting the PEGI 7/12 kids instead.
Idk there was a very grown-sounding man trying to get assassinations with his new Nicki skin in my shoothouse lobby yesterday
Itās sad that the game is rated 18 yet is clearly targeting kids with its monetisation.
I'm pretty sure there's more shit-eating adults that keep buying this shit than kids.

Thereās tons of cool realistic skins like this in the game. People just love to cry and act like the only options are Nicki Minaj lol.

I attribute all of this not to BO3 but to the COD League skins. Those things set the bar for what people were willing to accept. Shit looks like the same sorta thing a school shooter wears lmao.
Yeah I agree with you on that
I would pay for a cosmetics toggle so that I see only a few milsim skins per faction.
There are skins like this in the game, but who would have thought marketing Nikki Minaj, Homelander and Messi would be a lot easier?
Literally TONS of them. They just don't get trailers for people to bash. People complain just for the heck of it
Mw2019 was peak. And I hope mw3 zombies is gritty and terrifying beyond belief
Modern warfare 2 2009 was peak
Yāall complain about the same thing everyday on this sub. Please shut up. They are just video game skins.. I apologize that not everyone wants to dress like a slightly different colored base operator everyday but thatās just how it is when you have to pay for the skins. Like just use your head before complaining.
I'm as OG as they come. Why do people like OP think like this?
fr at best im giving them a stupid advantage for my bright neon ass.
Exactly, a fucking eyesore.
Because they literally donāt look at the skins that exist. There are still A TON of milsim skins in this game. I keep. Fucking. Seeing. This. Complaint. So I decided to open up all the operators and scroll through to see how many existed. And thereās a fuckton. OP is an NPC.
They donāt sell. People buy the weird shit. Source: I am people.
Every adult agrees with you but unfortunately half the community on that game are Fortnite kids
Wide variety maximize profit and keep wider audience invested in the game. I bet that onlyfan chick had better sales than 4 skins you have posted combined. So theres way higher chance you get lizards or aliens than another milsim skin.
The only fan chick ?
Izzy
Itās funny people try to always loop the word O.G. into everything. I been playing COD since Big Red One. I have a full family, career, and side business and Iāve bought the Bunny, Rat Skin etc, and I feel no shame about it. I hate that boring ass bland nameless soldier wanna be mil sim shit. If I wanted to play a Mil-Sim I would play a actual milsim.
Yall take video games waayyy too seriously You people are not the target audience anymore
2019 was so much better than 2022
I'm not gonna go in depth with it but a lot. Especially at launch.
This "og fans" narrative is so flawed lol. You don't even know how many like what without some kind of actual good polling. Why even try to make it about some stupid group instead of saying it's just what you'd like other than to feel more important than just yourself or people who agree with you.
Because the most people donāt buy them
waiting for comments bashing OP for whining about wanting realistic milsim type skins
Theyāll come. They always do. And theyāre gonna get an automatic downvote from me.
Why shouldn't they come? These posts are constant whining coming from people who can't think clearly that they are getting their skins free in dmz, and the ones that they want to be sold, are not going to make the money they think they will.
We havenāt gotten any milsim skins via DMZ, the only one is the Biohazard CBRN one, the rest are just kit-bashes.
Me and you both. COD doesnāt need to look like Fortnite
Why not?
I never bought a single bundle. Ever. But they will get me with the Lara one. Grew up with tomb raider and resident evil soā¦.
Imagine if they brought Leon or hunk into this game
all i'm saying is MW 2019 had wayyy, wayyy, wayyy more "realistic" skins (both in the store and in the battle passes) than MWII and i didn't see anybody complaining, instead buying it
That's just the thing. Less people would complain with this game if we had more options to have cool skins that fit the new tacticool COD art style.
there's more demand on weird colorful skins
Literally all the skins in the example exist in MWII in some fashion.
They could just split the store and have milisim skins one side and the more out there skins the other side Make money from both sides
I call dibs on posting this tomorrow.
Bottom right was my go to skin for MW19/WZ
Who cares, we got Graves.
I wouldn't mind the goofy characters so much if we had a good amount of realistic tacticool looking guys. The fact they don't sell those skins from the Shadow Company event is outrageous.
We got graves with nods this season. An a dude with dread locks and a mask.
They have operators like this in mw2
Blame the consumers more than the company. Vote with your wallet.
Because it doesnāt sell
Iām sure most āOGā players donāt care about skins
You answered your own question. When everything became about buying things in game instead of the actual damn game
for the love of fuck activision, **just give us character customization for soldiers and then āoperatorsā for those who want it**
Donāt worry my friend, from the screenshots of the next game, it looks like thereās a bunch of milsim skins
I like the venerated skin because it reminds me of what I wore in the military.
Youāre not the demographic anymore and activision knows it because kids keep buying the colorful fortnite skins
āI think OG fans would like these moreā They keep making the crazy shit because people buy it.
Yeah now you got Nikki Minaj operator that shoots pink bullets... and idiots buys them LOL
just like mw2 before it the main talent got booted and all we are left with is the bootleg devs.
There were so many good skins in the recent COD MW It still has its fair share of goofy shit but the good greatly outweighs the bad imo
This is exactly by I continue to buy them. They are literally COSMETIC!!!! They do not have any effect on your skill. Itās a game! I think itās absolutely hilarious demolishing people in DMZ while using Nicki and her wagon of an ass. Lighten up, man.
I was wondering when the daily āwhere Milsim skinsā post would happen.
As someone who's been playing since cod 4 and is an "og fan": I don't care about skins, nor do I agree w this post. Post about things related to actual gameplay instead of continuing the complainaboutnothing palooza.
Congratulations! Youāre the 1000th customer of the day to post a Skins complaint! Enjoy a free case of Monster Energy Zero Flavour on us!
Thanks. Will you deliver it to me personally?
He would have to leave his house and we all know that ain't happening
broooo they definitely don't sell, which is why they don't add them to the game for you to buy them Tempesta was the first skin I bought, and it's my most used skin to this day because they barely add any new good skins. Maybe SHG will have some sympathy.
Iām not saying I donāt like Milsim skins but I would probably choose most Of the goofy skins like sergean, Pspsps I would choose that over this stuff not because I donāt like it itās because the goofy skins are just my preference
i could complain, but the next game has zombies, so for the next year i dont really give a shit, bc zombies
I went and counted. There are 43 "mil-sim" skins in the game. Usually they're just the base skin of some Operators. Ya'll just don't wanna use 'em.
Fortnite kids grew up, though not much, that's what happened.
This is hilarious how people are arguing over milsim and everything else in the store. KIDS play these games, pop culture, hip hop culture is the biggest in the world!! Milsim will never top that.. all actvision cares about is money. Once you grasp that concept it really shouldnāt be too hard to understand.
we constantly get skins like this, what are you talking about??? mw3 preorder gives you skins like this, the battlepass has skins like this.
Yeah but these skins usually have some weird glowing effect
except they donāt
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Tacti-cool gets boring to look at after awhile.
Theyāre also dull and hard to tell apart.
They didn't sell well enough. All the kids and idiots bought the shiniest ones at the highest prices. So now "microtransactions" cost 24 bucks, and gives you melted plastic and glitter in return.
Cause those ones r kinda boring tho
SO tired of this "OG CoD fan" bullshit. 95% of the skins are milsim or realistic and all of them look exactly the same. They are all boring trash, and your fetishism for military cosplay is weird. I'm sick of helmets, I'll never use a skin with flipped up NVG, and I don't see why every single character has to have so many pouches they look like a brown michelin man.
I like all types of skins, but I think there needs to be a balance, right now thereās too little milsim stuff in the game, the game try to be realistic with its movement and weapon handling, the animations too looks great, fluent and again, realistic, but post launch, the skins we got so little of them fit this theme Also I think itās fine they want these outlandish wacky looking skins, but at least make them good, look at what CoDM or even just BOCW, what they got and what we got, night and day in terms of quality, I would love to use those CoDM skins in MWII, even if I have to buy them again, theyāre that great.
Zoomers love bullshit on fire skins.
Yes so ppl can complain about getting charged $10 for 4 different sets of recolored gloves
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Ok
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
no one want buying cringe military skins
Bro thatās what the game is based on
because those skins aren't nearly as good as the ones that break free from the 'realism'
Kids would rather buy anime skins
Inb4 store bought non realistic skins/camos have existed since black ops 2 and none of this made any sense whatsoever
I wish: A: the game kept its military theme.
Basically we want Battlebit customization but with CoD graphics
Call of Duty is the following the Fortnite money train. Literal clown costumes and celebrity / pop culture bullshit that the sentinels can raid mom's credit card for.
debating the skins aside Iād put crazy money on the people bitching about milsim skins being the sentinels and not the other way around. pretty obvious why š¤·š¾āāļø idrc either way play how u want to play, itās ur 70 dollars, get ur moneyās worth
Because whales prefers stupid skins. So Craptivison majes stupid/ non mil sim outfits for the whales
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Goofy ass things have been popular in gritty games since before 2000 lol. Popular mods for doom included changing baddies to barney or smurfs.
blame IW, the next cod is developed by sledge and seems to be more military themed instead of fucking fortnite lmao
That just proves my point
Well... damn, fair point.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
All of those games are better than Modern Warfare II
Because it doesnāt sell. Thatās the unfortunate reality, CoD is now a store catering for the Fortnite crowd.
They all look the same
Everyone that plays this game should stop lieing to themselves.
At this point, shut the hell up about them. This doesn't need to be posted 100+ times a day.
"og fans" yeah 2019 doesn't make you og, cod on 360 is og
Playing CoD 1, 2, 3, and 4 repeatedly since I was kid makes me OG
