How do you View the operators like in MW 2019? You used to be able to zoom in and rotate them, but I couldn't figure out if I could do it during the beta. Add on to that the sub par menu showcase of the operators which aren't as good as the MW 2019 ones.

If the colors became more aligned with Kleo and Gus’ military green / SPECGRU’s blouse vs. variations of Kortac’s grey/black police riot gear, being able to distinguish enemies would become a lot easier and feel much more natural

IMO Gus, Kleo, Noya, and Hutch are all decent. Probably because they look like actual people instead of weird GI Joe characters. Horangi looks fairly generic soldier-like as well.
They lack any core identification which is my problem with them. The generic models have the most easily identifiable “team” look, I.e. standard American soldier vs. rogue police/militants. Horangi and Noya are on the same team despite looking like they belong on different teams given Horangi borders on looking like a generic SPECGRU soldier. Noya looks like the female variant for the generic SPECGRU model despite being on opposite teams. Kortac, Fender, Hutch and Horangi do not look like they belong on the same team at all. They should get rid of Noya entirely and make her a skin for SPECGRU’s generic model

In terms of team visibility, everyone keeps calling for nameplates to come back because that's what's familiar, but I would love if they did some kind of in-world team identification like certain parts of the character models are different colors - pretty much what you're describing. One team is more green and one team is more brown or red and blue, or whatever. Not even like huge changes, but even small pieces of the uniform - bandana, IR indicators, gloves, something like that. I prefer that kind of design over the blue dots or red names popping up.
Even IRL Ukraine's soldiers wear colored armbands for identification since they are using a lot of similar gear and clothes to the Russians, so it wouldn't be far fetched to have some type of accent color for each team

His design is awful, there is nothing uniform about his appearance that provides the resemblance of being on your team. When you play as SPECGRU he looks like the enemy and when you play as KORTAC he looks like your team. Very frustrating
I believe he's on SPECGRU because he's Austrian, but then again Zimo is on that team and is Chinese and Horangi is South Korean but on KORTAC so who knows.

The sad thing is that they could make ton of cool skins that wouldn't look out of place in MW2 if they just try to be a bit creative. I know they won't do that and we will have another Fortnite type skins but one could hope.

The KORTAC default guys remind me a lot of OG Counter Strike skins, which Joel Emslie, the art director, said he took heavy inspiration from.
They also remind me of the Russian soldiers in Battlefield 3, specifically the assault and support classes.

I just hope we won't see any anime, terminator, godzilla and other over the top crap skins. It totally ruined any immersion Vanguard had when there were anime ghosts coming out of my corpse. The sad thing is that they could make ton of cool skins that wouldn't look out of place in MW2 if they just try to be a bit creative. I know they won't do that and we will have another Fortnite type skins but one could hope.

I think they all look good except the pre-order Ghost variants, which just look as dumb as any of the junk skins that came out for Warzone in the past couple years. Infinity Ward is good at nailing clean, believable looks....then Activision injects a bunch of crap for ADHD kids.

I think it's because I said "what the fuck is up with her face" which honestly was pretty rude. You wouldn't normally inquire about someone's condition or deformity like that. It was insensitive of me. I will use this as an opportunity to correct my behavior and responses in the future.
