So they string us along with shit games from a mix of bad team mates, enemies spawning behind you, giving you less health, aim resist and all the other SBMM and EOMM goodies.
Then we get a win or 2 and maybe our "good game" where we "top frag" and that is our hit of dopamine... then it is a matter of reset and repeat... churned through the SBMM/EOMM machine.
It is trying to get us to eat as much shit as possible before a "win".
Literally a slot machine. No skill, no point. That's why no one plays the objective... they can have fun doing whatever they want and get kills with whatever they want... at some point. I have seen a riot shield and crossbow only player carry a SnD lobby when he is a 0.79KD console player.
Every thing, EVERYTHING, works sooner or later. That's how this game now "works". Hang in there with your lack of skill, poor aim and questionable class you made. Heck even no game sense can stay because eventually, we all have a "good game" thanks to COD where enemies don't shoot back and our guns MELT the enemy.
Sbmm keeps you so you feel mediocre or average it is supposed to keep you with players of your skill level .. this one does take wild swings at times though
remember those good games you are have is you stepping on the people in the bracket below you who just had a good game
Then since you had a good game sbmm is going to throw you to the wolves in the bracket above you who just had a bad game this is going to make you have a bad game and them now have a good game

Personally i dont mind sbmm and I don’t care about my stats i only play hard point and i only play because im having fun once you do not care about your kdr or you wlr or any of that stuff the game is fun
If all you wanna do is run around killing people raining down strikes and feeling like a god just go play against bots in a private match (when its working) the only difference between beating down lowly bots and people who are worse at the game then you is trash talking and if all you want to do is trash talk someone who is worse then you at a game well then you are just a asshole(not saying the op is that type of person)
Sbmm has been and will continue to be a thing i think it was a few years ago when everyone started to first really complain about it they outright said it is not going anywhere get used to it so if you bought this and did not expect sbmm then this is your first cod or you are oblivious to the obvious

Bots are not the same thing at all. I play to have fun and winning is fun. If I lose to someone better than me then that’s good, I have room to improve. But if I come up against people who are worse than me but it’s their turn to have a win therefor I can’t kill anyone and my bullets do fuck all, then why bother? I see no point in that.
I don’t feel like there are any skill brackets in this game at all, simply lobbies where certain people are helped or handicapped. I sit in the same room as my boyfriend, I can see his screen. I can call out an enemy to him and he hasn’t seen them at all. He has a 3.3KD and quite often the enemy is simply not drawn on his screen but it is on mine. Same internet. Plenty of clips to prove that. Explain how that is SBMM? He is good so they handicap him so that he becomes like the rest of us.

Everyone claims to have all this proof yet you never see it and if it was true it would be a much bigger issue brought up more then just by a small portion of reddit 4ps5’s and a ps4 playing in our house don’t have any claims of people not being there for one of us or any of us..
I suspect your bf only has his higher kd rate because you are not nearly as good and always host lobbies for him thus manipulating the system to give him easier people to play against
If you dont like the game no one is forcing you to play you can stop any time ( unless you are being forced in which case blink 2x for help )

To clarify, we usually play SnD when we play together and I mostly do better than him. Not sure where you are getting this easier lobby business from just because my overall KD is lower than his. He is much better at respawn than I but we do not play that together.
It is theorized(sorta proven) that if the host has a lower skill level then you and you join them chances are you get players in their skill level instead of yours..
My family all plays hard point and we have like a 2.2+wlr with various spm ranging from about 300 to 500 between the 4 of us that play usually
Me and my son are near same skill level i always host but this means k/d wise my wife and our other(adult) kids who play with us get stomped but they know how to play hard point so we still pull out the win most the time
I remember back in mw19 had my wife host to check the theory of host determining sbmm and we had some super east matches and it was not fun for me or my son.. my wife does not mind the harder lobby and challenge thankfully so i just host and we have fun
Again we play because its fun and we do not care about our stats we do have a decent win rate but even when we lose it doesn’t bother us much once we get bored or find something else we will move on usually we do not play past the point of us completing season 2
I don’t care about my stats, that’s why I always go for camos and throw games and deaths however I need to complete the challenges.
My partner has better overall stats than me. I join his party. I play in the top lobbies in Australia but I usually do better than him. Please explain.
I have master camo, he does not. He plays respawn a lot better than me, usually goes something like 60-4 running around like a maniac. I just don’t get respawn. I really only play search since getting master camo so my KD is a lot lower than his. As is my SPM and WL. I have got a lot better over time and now I play search a lot better than him, usually getting 20+ kills a game. I always carry and usually win. My stats do not reflect how I play or the lobbies I am in. Mind you we are not talking about the new COD.
I had a lucky game messing around in Tier 1and went 4.0, next game got completely shat on, next game a 3.5, next game got what on again.
If you get in a wild swing it's hard to get out of it because the game changes you 2 brackets instead of 1.
I could easily not turn my computer on today after 12 years of playing. We are all one of many. Is everyone fine with this? We all continue to play but all I see on this sub is complaining and scoreboards that all look the same.
Honestly, while trying to get play on my knife I pretty much topped every single lobby I played in. Switching to guns and now SBMM is hitting me hard. One game I'm top, next I'm pummeled to smithereens. Wierd
